Good place, well maintained, friendly staff, great facilities.
Pros:

The location is good, just within the city center and interestingly it is not a noisy place. Rooms are in great condition, they look very good and give a luxurious vibe! The breakfast was very nice, a buffet with good options to choose from and the waiters were kind. The staff were very good also and never hesitated to assist us. They have an underground parking and security people during the day and at night to guard the premises and the outdoor-underground parking zones. Would highly recommend the place and stay another time.

Cons:

Water from the shower took a good amount time to warm up.

Pros:

We had a really good stop over in Nakura at the Eagle Palace. The staff were really welcoming. The breakfast room and the breakfast were very good and the safe parking worked very well. The room was very spacious with a super bed. The system with the adjoining restaurant works very well indeed. All in all we had a memorable stay and this was due a great deal to the staff.

Cons:

Nakura is a really lively place - more so than we ever realised. We slept fine because we were tired but others might find the town a bit noisy - nothing the hotel can do about that! Again we slept fine but it was getting hot in July and the rooms don't have Aircon and this might be an issue when it gets hotter.

Pros:

Hotel situé dans Nakuru. Chambres grandes et très propres. Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Si vous avez une chambre qui donne sur la route, cela peut être bruyant. Pour arriver à l'hôtel nous sommes restés 40 minutes dans les bouchons pour faire le dernier km.

The rooms are worth the money. Restaurant offers nice food for fair price. No alcohol served!
Pros:

Rooms have modern equipment: shower was excellent. Bathroom was spacious.
Bed was large king size with very good box spring bed mattress.
Hotel is absolutely clean. You can eat from the floor.
Breakfast is sufficient and okay but not excellent. There is buffet.
The nearby restaurant of the hotel is just 10 meters next door. Meals are many and portions very large. Prices are fair! Pepper steak for 650 shilling! With Pommes! Wifi is strong and stable.
Balcony is large to sit outside. We did not have a nice few. But not stinking and at night very calm. Certainly there is an elevator.
Stuff is well organized and professional. They react fast.
Booking per telephone is much cheaper!!

Cons:

Well, they don’t have a swimming pool. No garden to sit outside. And no air conditioning. But rooms was cool.

We stay for a night only but the staff was really helpful and made us feel welcome.
Pros:

The receptionist was really kind and helpful.
The room nice and clean and great location in the middle of the city

Cons:

First floor room was unfortunately noisy due to the proximity of the dining area.
