Preço bom e café razoável.

Cons:

Muito ruim. Quarto pequeno e todo mofado, teto carunchado (para quem tem rinite é um caos), cama de casal minúscula, travesseiros ruins, não tem sequer criado mudo, não tem lata de lixo no quarto, ar condicionado antigo (não é split), toalhas ruins. Deixei meu carro na rua. Tem manobrista, mas como tenho camioneta grande, não gosto de entregar para para pessoas que não conheço. Eles não permitem que eu mesmo coloque o carro na garagem.

Pros:

O café da manhã era ótimo e os funcionários bem simpáticos. É uma região próxima de Floripa e de várias outras praias. Gostei do local, com restaurantes e mercado há menos de 5 minutos andando. Fácil de pegar Uber.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei era bem amplo, mas estava com problema de esgoto, então o cheiro estava bem forte. Avisei na portaria, mas como ficaria apenas uma noite, eu preferi não trocar de quarto. O pessoal foi bem solícito.
