The entire staff were highly cooperative and cordial.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. In walking distance of some nice shops and the old town is about 30 minutes walk away. The hotel is very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

No free parking provided. Hotel shares the building with lots of companies, kinda of a mess. Many stains on the carpet, seems never cleaned before. Bedding is comfortable, breakfast is Ok.

Location near to Muslim restaurant

The hotel is right in the centre of the city at Jin Tai Avenue. After dark, from my room, there is a good view of the colorful city lights. The room is quite spacious and clean with good quality amenities. However, breakfast was basic with mainly local foods. The front desk staff were always quite helpful. It is good value considering how much more one would have to pay for hotels in major Chinese cities. However, this is more a business hotel rather than resort hotel, with no gymnasium, swimming pool or other such facilities

The hotel is quite new and clean.
The room was really spacious with comfortable bed. The bathroom with shower was good.
The breakfast was ok , not so much "western" options but still ok.
The service was good.

If you take taxi to this hotel will cost 20RMB, only 2RMB if you take bus from the railway station. Nice stuff and clear room. When I arrive it, they updated my room to the suite and only RMB180.00. All Holiday inn Express include breakfast. You will find the Shaanxi traditional nuddle in it. Good test.

舒适干净

We were due to stay in Baoji for two weeks on a volunteer teaching assignment - our school booked us at a sub-par hotel. After leaving that hotel after a day, we arrived at the Holiday Inn Express. We were met by the Sales Manager who walked us to a local restaurant and helped us order lunch. The Manager met us upon our return and gave us her personal cell number if we ever needed anything. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was plentiful, the lobby staff was always kind and understanding of our lack of Chinese proficiency (there was always someone who could speak English that was available) and the location was great - several fantastic restaurants were 100 yards away. In the morning, cabs were easy to hail on the main street. The rooms we had were spacious and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel is very new and comfortable. The free breakfast has quite a good selection, including some western food and local flavors. It's very close to the Xi'an-Baoji highway and the long distance bus terminal.

The Holiday Inn Express in Baoji City is a relatively new hotel - it smells like fresh new construction. Unfortunately, it looks like it was a rush job. There were gaps in the wallpaper and the molding along the carpeting was uneven. The thermostat in the room was inoperable, thankfully, the weather outside was cool enough that the room wasn't too bad. The bed was comfortable, but way too short and my legs hung over the side - in any orientation. I agree with previous reviews that the breakfast selection was somewhat lacking and there were no international news channels on the TV. Despite the information on the Holiday Inn website that suggests otherwise, the staff is not very fluent in English and I had some difficulty settling the bill and getting the room deposit properly credited. The location is central and close to several restaurants. I will most likely stay here again in the future, however.

Great location in Baoji, close to the Bus and High speed train stations. Unfortunately in the room the carpet was not cleaned well. No international news TV station are available, to be considered this is a IHG branded hotel. The breakfast is limited and designed for the local taste, which I don't mind considering the location and clientele, but the quality could improve. However, I would come back here again.
