El parking no está incluido (y son 20$ más tasas) y no puedes aparcar fuera. No tiene acceso a playa. El desayuno que se supone que está incluido, solo cubre 12,5$ por persona (incluyendo tasas y propina) con eso no puedes desayunar, además la persona que atiende en el desayuno (Carlene) muy desagradable con según que personas. Vigilar con lo que te cobran/retienen, pues yo he pagado más de 200$ que me dicen que me devolverán, pero aún sigo esperando.

The courtyard by Marriott is so nice. When we arrived by boat my husband realized I just booked a regular room. My mistake. Marlon Allen was so gracious and accommodating, and was able to get us a suite. Very thankful for his help. Our room was super spacious with great AC. Customer service was top tier. Will be booking again! Atmosphere was beach chic. Very affordable, super clean! Not noisy, at all. The amenities are great because you can dock there, and you can use the neighboring properties amenities as well plenty of pools.
Krystle was amazing—she was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my visit. It’s clear that she makes it her mission every day to ensure her customers are happy and well taken care of.
The location is great, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.
This is a really nice hotel and classier than most Courtyards that I’ve stayed at. It has a nice gym, and a good pool area with island vibes. They have some games set up around the property for kids and good coffee in the lobby for free. Marlon, on the desk, was exceptionally helpful, polite and professional. There are several good restaurants and bars in the area to enjoy as well.
Marlon at the front desk was very helpful and kind. He made our stay at the hotel much more enjoyable and pleasant.

The hotel was relatively calm and quiet. We didn't hear any noise from other guests rooms at all during out stay. Property, common areas, and rooms were all clean and neat. Price was reflective of the area. Had to drive an hour to get into Key West but the cost was much more affordable and the drive to and from was beautiful. Only downside is that even though there are 2 pools, they aren't "large" and when people start brining in floats for kids the pools get smaller. The showers are great though! Very good water pressure! Restaurant on site closes at 9, would've been nice if it was open later to enjoy after enjoying the day off property. Staff was friendly and professional.

Les suppléments à payer sans avertissement sur booking . 20 dollars pour garer sa voiture. 60 dollars pour profiter des piscines. Petit déjeuner soit disant compris, en fait il s’agit d’un voucher de 25 $ pour 4 personnes donc les suppléments sont à payer.
We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff made our visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Marlon at the front desk, who checked us in. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His outstanding customer service set the tone for a great stay.

Muy bueno todo.
This hotel and resort is beautiful on the water and close to boat rentals, Restarants, and groceries (Publix) and shopping. We really enjoyed the hotel rooms, grounds, breakfast, pool side food, fishing areas, and Infiniti pool overlooking the bay. We had a fantastic week and rented a boat to go enjoy the water and sand bars for the day.
