Pros:

I wish they ll have paper towels and litle towels more than one and litle spoons and glasses regular not for wine. No one on front desk, hot water tank ( without water)

Pros:

Sheets had dark hair on them. Pillows were old yellow and lumpy as if they’ve never been changed. There was dark hair on the bathroom walls and a knife just sitting on top of the towels in the bathroom when we arrived. The bathtub backed up while having a shower. The couch was dirty and there is no sound proofing which made the neighbours very loud

Pros:

Toilet was broken and ran all night. The temperature gauge didn’t work in the shower and only ran scaling hot water so couldn’t shower - the office was not open to raise the issues about the room. The whole hotel needs a face lift - it is stuck the the 1970’s and in poor shape. Will be requesting for compensation for the 1 night.

Pros:

We had a corner room on the top floor. It had the million dollar view of the town below and the mountains around us with the 2 large decks that we had.The chalet itself looks majestic up on the side of the hill. I like staying there but the rooms still looks and smells like they are 40yrs old. Also being on a side of a hill it was not close to anything while having basic amenities.

Property, rooms and balconies are run down…. Did not feel safe to use balconies. Flooring in rough shape , bathroom door wouldn’t close,

The staff was really nice and eager to accommodate to my needs. The view is superb.
The only "not so good thing" was that some of the dishes in the suite were dirty, but nothing I want able to do myself.

I am willing to stay there whenever I go back to Radium

We had the 3rd floor suite with two balcony’s and an amazing view of Radium and beyond. The suite was clean. The property could us some freshening up, but all in all, a good stay…
