Realidad vs expectativa. El cuarto donde nos tocó había agua en la habitación, dañado el lavabo, las instalaciones son viejas, apesta a humedad fatal y un olor a orine penetrante

El personal de turno que pasa en la noche, muy despectiva su atención. Una clase de atención y trato del turista así sea local.

The photos do not at all match the quality of the rooms. The hallways have poor lighting which can be unsafe. I had a room on the 3rd floor (the top floor) and the lights were not at all in that hall. I couldn’t see my surroundings at all. I was charged extra when checking out with no explanation.
