Me senti lesado pela cobrança abusiva de 10 dólares do cartão / chave do quarto

O quarto só tinha um cartão para dois hospedes. Então toda hora ficava essa trocação de cartão entre os hóspedes qdo um saia e outro não, ou tendo que deixar na recepção. E nessa confusão acabou que se perdeu o cartão. E nos cobraram 10 dólares para nos fornecer outro.

Pros:

Me encantó todo. Estaba todo muy rico en el desayuno, el personal amable y bastantes atentos. Resolvian todo muy rápido.

Cons:

No habían dos sillas en la mesita personal y fundas de basura adicionales. Además un poco de confusión en la dirección. No se podía cerrar la puerta del baño por pintura que tenía.
