Pros:

El personal estuvo dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier inquietud o solicitud adicional.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no abastecía al tamaño de la habitación, la distribución del baño era incómoda y no tenía ventilación, y faltaba algún closet o armario pequeño para ordenar el equipaje.

Excelente atención. Aunque las instalaciones son modestas son muy cómodas.

El trato del personal. La limpieza. La habitación estaba bien.

La localización no es la mejor, no es muy recomendable salir por allí a pie aunque queda compensado con la calidez de las personas que atienden.

Pros:

El staff fue muy amable. El desayuno es espectacular y puedes comer todo lo que gustes. Hay café y té de cortesía durante todo el día.
La habitación y la cama estaban perfectas, impecables y el aire acondicionado funciona bien.
El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de todas las atracciones principales del centro de Guayaquil.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, fußläufig für touristische Unternehmungen gelegen. Die Garage ist überdacht und bewacht. Bei Ankunft erhielten wir einen Kaffee vom Personal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück gibt es als Buffet, so dass die Mengen und Auswahl selbst zusammengestellt werden kann.

Cons:

Checkin ist offiziell ab 14:00 Uhr, unser Zimmer war um 15:00 Uhr nicht fertig, wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet, noch einige Minuten zu warten, keinerlei Entschuldigung durch das Personal, vermittelten eher den Eindruck, dass wir Stress machten.
Die Garage ist sehr schmal, hier bitte aufpassen auf euer Auto;) teilweise wurde die Ausfahrt auch von Autos zugeparkt.
Das Zimmer und insgesamt das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, im Zimmer viele Flecken an der Wand, wenig einladend und fraglich Schimmel im Badezimmer. Insbesondere nachts roch es im Badezimmer ekelhaft, es war schwer, den Geruch auszuhalten.
Die Klimaanlage oder Ähnliches hat außerhalb des Zimmers die ganze Nacht über sehr laute Geräusche gemacht wie eine Art Brummen und kontinuierliches klickendes Geräusch beziehungsweise Tropfgeräusche. Das einzige Fenster im Zimmer ist ein circa 50 cm x 20 cm großes Fenster, im Badezimmer noch kleiner.
Das Frühstück war auf unserer ganzen dreiwöchigen Ecuador-Reise (viele verschiedene Hotels) eines der schlechtesten, sehr wenig Auswahl.

Las toallas son muy viejas, la cama de movia, demasiada bulla, todo es muy viejo. La habitación es muy muy muy pequeña los pasillos obscuros
