Keep looking for othe hotels!!!
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be for our meetings.

Cons:

The first room we were put in, you could tell that one of the beds had been used and not remade. Very dirty, even the lamp shade had like finger prints of dirt. Very dusty. When we called the front desk to ask to be moved the desk attendant told us one of us needed to go down and get new keys, for a new room. Which was fine, but then he said in quite a jerky tone, "I cant go around hunting for people, so one of you has to come down to the desk." Yes, we got that the first time. We did and the next room was a little better. Huge gauges in the wall from who knows what. The tub was dirty and you all but needed to be am engineer to figure out how to use the shower.

Probably won’t stay there again for awhile..

Pool is always way too cold nobody can get in it half the time and our room didn’t have heat and it was freezing outside.

Never going back.

It had locks on the door.

Cons:

The room was dirty. There wasn’t an elevator. I was traveling with a baby and was on crutches. I was not able to get a first floor room. Although I’m sure there were plenty of open rooms. Breakfast was technically food. But there wasn’t a clean table nor a choice for continental breakfast. No high chair. The pool was too cold to swim. The pool deck was super slippery. Another guests baby completely shit their swim diaper and no staff was able to clean the disaster. I was happy to have survived a night at this hotel. Stairs were rusty. Carpet was pulled up I wonder if there are plans to demolish this hotel or let it rot to the ground.

Got into town about 3am was a nice quite stop for sleep shower was okay definitely worth what I paid

This place has gone downhill.
Pros:

Beds were very comfy. Quiet stay. Plenty of privacy. Close to other places. Children's pool option is nice.

Cons:

One room didn't have a comfy chair like the other one. Breakfast was ok but the staff working was literally the grumpiest employee they have. Milk was expired and found a rotten orange the 1st morning. Brought it to the front desk attendant and they acted like it was no big deal. Literally had a coffee area with no coffee. You have to walk all the way out to the lobby. Pool area is like playing Russian roulette. Between having to practically crawl around like a snail to avoid cracking your skull open. Hot tub still broken. Drip buckets everywhere where the roof obviously wasn't fixed correctly. Rust stains. Mildew smell.

Good value for the money.
Pros:

Room was very large and beds/pillows were comfortable. Room was very clean.

Cons:

Shower could be updated, did not like that we could not adjust the shower head or flow of water. Hallways were dingy and people had left trash on the floors.
