Pros:

Very nice stay, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with view on the river in a beautiful room (mind the furniture).
Great spa, wellness offer.
The starred restaurant is an unforgetable experience!
Many things to enjoy in the vicinity, including nice walks and visit of Joigny, not to mention all possibilities offered by Burgundy

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel.
La vue sur la rivière.
Le confort de la chambre.
La propreté de tout le site (chambre, piscine, spa, restaurant...).

Cons:

On entend beaucoup les chambres voisines (bruit de pas avec des talons vers 5h du mat', portes qui claquent...).

EXCELLENT! PARFAIT!
Pros:

Vraiment très très bien! Encore un Excellent moment ! Tout est très bien, la chambre spacieuse avec une très grande terasse donnant une vue imprenable sur l'Yonne.. C'est très silencieux et reposant. La salle de bain parfaite avec douche et baignoire de grand standing! Le personnel très qualifié et à l'écoute. Et enfin un matelas irréprochable avec une grandeur de lit très large.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

So much attention to details ! Everything was exeptional! The restaurant was by far one of our top experiences in a Michelin star restaurant. I recommend ! Also, the beds, best I ever slept in.

Cons:

Nothing. The only thing I can comment on is the sauna in the spa that was not warm enough. We bought this to the attention of the staff and was assured it would be taken care of.

Un merveilleux établissement
Pros:

Cadre très agréable : au calme, au bord de la rivière.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain et la literie parfaites.
Les équipements du spa sont extraordinaires.
Et les attentions sont très appréciables (cake excellent, chocolat, jus).
L'accueil a été très professionnel et sympathique.
Un merveilleux endroit pour se reposer.
