Excellent breakfast.
Shower didn't work. Room upgraded
Great location and the staff was helpfull and friendly!
Nicely furnished, friendly staff especially in the restaurant. Within a short walk of town centre
Poor parking facility with small car park which has to be pre booked otherwise you have to park in town. Recommend using just parking app and book long stay Q Windsor Car Park, Charles Street for overnight. Also no evening restaurant available Sunday and Monday.
Wonderful character. The restaurant and included breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. The AC was strong. Beds and pillows comfortable. Lots of small thoughtful touches. Garden seating featured a wonderful shade tree. Location was great for getting to the castle but also super close to a wonderful pub with the best Sunday roast.
The beautifully renovated bathroom had a broken shower tap that was stuck on scalding hot water. Luckily our room had a separate tub/shower and we were only there one night so it wasn’t a problem.
Das von uns gewählte Zimmer hatte eine Größe von 15 qm, das Bett hat leider nur eine Breite von ca. 130 cm. Für eine Übernachtung passt es. Das Frühstück kann ausgewählt werden und ist sehr gut.
Location
Dirty room situated across the parking, secondary accommodation. Toilet looked clean and tidy but with a sewage smell. Kettle and table full of dust, spider webs everywhere, just bad. Can't believe it is a 4 star hotel. Would say 2 stars. The breakfast is a joke.
Would not comeback.
Also, during the breakfast the waiter does not clean the tables when guest left the table.... He set up immediately for the next person.
Super friendly feel to the hotel. Everyone of the staff were delightful and all were happy to communicate with guests. We were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order and not a rushed affair. All restaurant staff were attentive.
Location & parking
Endroit tranquille et près de la "Long Walk". Les restaurants sont à distance de marche.
Le déjeuner est très bien et le service est rapide.
We had a 2 night stay and found the hotel staff very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is ideally situated for a walk into Windsor Town centre.
The evening meal we had was very good, accompanied by a complimentary drink.
Breakfast was good.
Our room was on the small side with the bed one side up against the wall. Not ideal when having to get up a couple of times in the night, having to climb over my husband to get out of bed.
An offer of help up the many stairs with a suitcase would have been appreciated.
Having to pay extra for the hotel car park .
The location was good. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, great ingredients cooked well. Bed was very comfortable!
We were disappointed that we were not able to park in the car park on arrival in Windsor (before check in time) because we had to pay £30 to park in the town centre on top of the £20 hotel parking fee. Car parking spaces are also small.
Very well kept
Na
Good value for money. Staff very helpful and breakfast good.
Maybe a little dated but for the money very good
The air con was good. The staff were pleasant. The location was near to town and the park.
Breakfast could have been better .
More choice needed for the buffet breakfast . And better quality food.woukd have been nice.
Especially the bread was very poor and the coffee I couldn't drink.
But overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing.
