Pros:

Location

Cons:

We selected the travel cot option during the booking process, with no mention of any additional charges for either the cot nor parking, which was advertised as being included with the hotel. Upon checking in, we were informed that both parking and the travel cot would cost £20 each. After refusing to pay £20 to use a cot, something which in all my years I've never been charged for at a hotel, we were forced to wait in reception while the cot was removed from our room. An absolute disgrace for a hotel charging these prices. The bed left me with a bad back the following day, the room was tiny and the "breakfast buffet" consisted of a bowl of yoghurt, a bowl of watery fruit and some pots of cereal.

Lovely location & some very good staff.
Pros:

Sarah on reception was exceptional. Very good location for Windsor Town centre & Long Walk. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

First room we had was very grubby. Dusty carpet & generally unclean. Also too warm, so mixed sleep.

I was just there for a long layover but I really loved my experience there.
Pros:

I loved the coziness of the room and the treats left there when I arrived. The room was super comfortable with nice lighting and great bed. The staff was kind. I enjoyed sitting in the salon in the back of the hotel and the gardens were nice. It was easy to get to Windsor and close walking distance to nice shops, restaurants and the Windsor Castle.

Cons:

I really didn't enjoy the breakfast though it was nice that it was included and the service was good. The food was tasteless unfortunately.
