A lovely stay apart from the car parking situation which ruined it for me
Pros:

The majority of the staff were very friendly. My room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely. I liked how the hotel emailed me a few days prior to my stay to say that they were looking forward to meeting me. That was a nice touch

Cons:

The car parking 😡. Before choosing to stay at the hotel I had enquired about the car parking as I had a fairly new car. I was told the spaces were adequate to house all cars so I booked a car parking space. When I returned to the hotel after my evening out there was only one tiny space left. It took me half an hour to manoeuvre my car into this tiny space but could not open either door to get out.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is directly under the flight path, so it was noisy. I had specifically requested a quiet room, but was instead given one facing the car park. The bright lights from the car park kept me awake at night, and it was far from quiet — especially with planes flying directly over our room.

Pros:

Good location in Windsor if you have Heathrow flight next day and want to do more than sit in souless chain hotel on airport approach! Windsor pretty and easy to wander around.
Bed was comfy. Room was not too hot ( good in my book)
Staff friendly

Cons:

£20 parking seems excessive
Great Georgian building but that does mean not double glazed, so you will hear those planes early😀
Our bathroom was a bit small and maybe needs bit of tlc some of tiles etc...but not end of world on a 1 night stay
