Breakfast was excellent
Likes too bright in the bar, softer lighting maybe little table lights would create more atmosphere in the evening
The breakfast amd the staff
Just a bit pricey ,but maybe because was bank holiday
Perfectly placed just a 20 mins walk into high street.
Very accomadating staff, very helpful
Great breakfast

Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Bed was very comfortable.
Our room wasn’t very clean, peeling wallpaper and in need of some TLC, however the receptionist upgraded us to a premium room! This was much better but still a big buildup of dust behind bed.
Needs more attention to cleanliness.
Sehr gute Lage
Das Interesse am Inhalt des Papierkorbes war größer als das Interesse an der generellen Sauberkeit und dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste
The breakfast itself was very good. The locations is fantastic. Loved the decor. The staff we met were mostly nice & friendly
We came for breakfast at 9.30 & all the pastries had gone & were not replenished also the yoghurt had run out & also wasn't replenished. Even if we were the last few people for breakfast I would expect things to be replenished as we all pay the same price & the breakfast is advertised untill 10.30. The room we had was very small & the bathroom tiny. It was clean & comfortable though.
After 2 weeks of traveling this hotel was a welcome retreat to rest for our flights home. The room was bigger than we had experienced in England, the beds were the most comfortable and the best pillows of the trip. Dinner and Breakfast were incredible and each staff member was absolutely lovely and so helpful. The location close to the Long Walk was perfect.
Absolutely loved this beautiful Hote.
Everything was great. The only downside is the constant sound of jets overhead, but we selected this hotel because of the proximity to Heathrow airport, so that is to be expected. We loved everything.
Wonderful Hotel with absolutely amazing staff who were friendly & helpful - nothing was too much trouble!! Brilliant location & yummy breakfast.
Room was too hot - no access to fresh air - no extractor fan in bathroom which made the bathroom & room fousty & damp
The hotel was perfectly located, quiet and accessible. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I was on an overnight charity cycle ride. Returning to the hotel in early hours of the morning was very safe and easy and it meant my husband could relax and sleep whilst I completed the cycle challenge. The breakfast was excellent and the location meant we had time to wander in Windsor when we arrived in the afternoon and again after breakfast.
Central location within walking distance of Windsor Castle
Our room had a window which would not close or lock. The window had been broken into from the flat roof outside , so was totally insecure, yet had not been repaired by the hotel management, causing us to feel very vulnerable about leaving our possessions in the room.
Restaurant and food was a great.
We stay in room 45. Was No hands soap in the bathroom .Cieling had pealing paint and water stains. My husband is 6'3 he had hard time to take a shower because of the wall in shower. I definitely didn't receive value for my money. Very disappointed.
