We didn’t stay there at all. The place looked rough when came into the parking lot. Because we had prepaid for the room, I asked to see it before we checked in. As I was led up a few steps into the hallway, I noticed that the carpet was wore through to the wood on the steps. As I was led down the hall to our room, I noticed 4 doors in four rooms that were damaged and looked like they would close. When the door was opened to our room, the smell that wafted out was horrendous. It smelled ver mouldy and like it had been heavily smoked in although I was informed that it was “non-smoking”. The hotel was so dirty, I would even bring my wife in…. I told the staff member, “There is no way we could stay in a room like that”, and left”. I would like Booking.com to have my money returned in full, as what was advertised and what I experienced was the worst I have ever seen. If I were them, I would not even advertise rooms there at all.
It was dirty, worn out, and the odour was overwhelming.
Breakfast was good but the waiter was very busy
I had requested the jacuzzi tub room but was given a king bed with a fireplace.
I do say the room was nice and modern with a fireplace between the bed and tv room.
Unfortunately a dirty grill was left in the room hidden in a cupboard with a foul smell. The staff apologized profusely while bringing towels for our second day stay at our request

The manager on shift was very helpful and very proffesional..
The hallway and rooms didn't smell fresh and cool, it was warm and stuffy.
The food was good.
