Very unsatisfied , disgusting to rent a motel room and end up with such a room. need to be shutdown

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking but smelled of smoke, a ceiling tile in bathroom was falling down with dark water stains, carpet between room and bath had worn away from floor leaving nails that hurt feet, roaches in drawers, bed too high, had to use a chair to step in so I could reach top mattress (I'm 5ft), had 2 lamps and both had the bulb leaning over, damage. I took photos of all. Sheets and pillowcases were stained- one had burnt cigarette holes, another look very dirty . The enclosed zipped case holding pillow was pulled apart. I had reserved 2 nights, and would lose my money had I stayed only one night. There was a metal plate in the floor that had worn duct tape over it. I really wish I could send my pictures but it is not supported. I feel you should be aware of this motel. Wish also that I could get some of my money back

Bed bugs at walking horse

Cons:

The rooms had roaches and bed bugs. My house burnt and my family had to stay there for a little bit. We let the owners know we had issues and they actually said that we brought them. No we didnt have anything with us and the stuff we did have was bought new.
