Overall the experience was okay
If possible you can work on the food especially when it comes to the hotness of the pepper used and the presence of the seeds in it.

Beautiful environment. The breakfast vas very good. They have a nice conference room. The bedroom too was so nice. It’s really a place of comfort

The services were excellent. My kids had a place to play and I was able to have a me time at the spa.
The food was excellent specially the eusbert special

Excellent service. Estate apartments is luxurious 5 star ⭐ rating. Comfy and serene. Customer service is also top notch

Exquisite room experience. I least expected such a wonderful treatment in the Bono Region. I would recommend this edifice for all busines activities in the Bono Region and beyond.

It is ok and is a new experience, the meals are good and the beds a relaxin. I enjoyed the environment and the hotel staffs are welcoming

Horrible experience. They claimed that even though I was able to make a reservation via booking, they had no room available for me. They insisted that I cancel but couldn't guarantee a refund. When I insisted they either give me the room or refund the money, they offered a room which was in horrible shape, with a broken A/C.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. The Hotel is clean it is very peaceful. The food is very good (delicious) the salad and fruit were very fresh and delicious. I Definitely recommend eating in the dining room. They have a very nice
Sports bar with TV’s and nice music playing very relaxing a the pool area is a must beautiful area. It was so nice to seat by
the pool and chill.

Stayed at the EUSBETT annex... Staff doesn't seem to know the place exists, rooms STINK, AC doesn't work, hot water doesn't work, even no running water on my last day. I won't recommend the annex to anyone

Stay was generally good. Need to pay attention to maintenance, my bathroom was falling apart

I only got there for them to tell me NO ROOMS.
After endless efforts for them to even get me an invoice for payment.
The staff seem helpless and not on top of their game. Totally confused. They asked us to wait till 12pm to see if some occupants will leave the rooms. That was surprising because they couldn't even confirm that on their system. We waited and waited as no one was telling us anything. Well, we had to quickly look for another hotel who accepted us well. Obviously Eusbett hotel is overwhelmed by the patronage it receives. Their website is poor as you can't even book from there. There will not respond to the emails. My calls were picked but three different attendants could not even do a simple booking for me, only to fly from Accra to Sunyani and you say no room. To think that they even picked us from the airport.
They can do better in order to be considered a top hotel.

Not good at all. I was put at the old building near Goil
The wifi wasnt working and i had to make several trips to the lobby of the new hotel to comnect with my family since i have a foreign line.

Free breakfast everyday between 6:30 am and 10am, very friendly staff .
No outside food allowed is a minus for me so you are forced to eat their food only while at the hotel. There’s an ATM right outside of the building that converts your currency to cedis

I would’ve given a higher rating if I didn’t have issues checking in they couldn’t find my reservations and didn’t seem to care that a paying customer was waiting for something that was already paid for until the manager showed up which took several hours. There plenty of cabs in the area for easy transport

Hotel is nice but needs updating, air conditioners weren't working in some rooms and TV/Dstv not working

It was too noisy and the their service took soo long to service food

I have previously stayed at the hotel in the new section with no issues, I have now returned and was sectioned in room 1103, You cannot sleep as the music is too loud, I also ordered room service and did not receive it. This is now a night club and not a hotel to get relaxation anymore.

Our stay wasn't good, the front office staff was rude and unpleasant. The person helping us choose our room was a nice gentleman though. They had us change multiple rooms in multiple buildings because they ran out in the main building. After finding us a room, at breakfast they said our room didn't come with breakfast because the room wasn't worth what i paid for. Also i wasn't refunded. All in all they need to do way better. I will not be staying here again anytime in the near future.
