Pros:

Просторий номер . Теплий, чистий. Два санвузла .

Cons:

Номер виходив на центральну вулицю , тож було не затишно від проїжджаючих машин.
Дівчина на рецепції була не гостинною . Таке відчуття склалося, що ми до неї до дому селитися прийшли . Дуже не охоче розповідала , з презирством .
В якийсь момент хотілось розвернутись і піти .
Але ми були з дороги і з 9міс дитинкою .
Навіть охоронець бут набагато вічливіший і приємніший для спілкування . Відразу розповів за парковку , як краще , де краще , скільки коштує…
Бо дівчина навіть слова не сказала , коли запитали . Дуже була не привітна !!!!

Вежливый персонал, уборка номера ( горничная молодец)

Cons:

Не работал кондиционер почти весь период проживания, в номере было жарко, приходилось открывать окно и становилось еще и шумно, особенно ночью

Расположение удачное. Персонал очень вежливый и позитивный. Отель красивый и уютный. Везде чисто. Хочу отметить что полотенца, халаты и постельное белоснежное и пахучей. Матрас и подушки очень удобные!!! Завтрак обложенный!!! И завтрак на крыше с видом на город -это изюминка!
Спасибо большое за комфорт, позитив и уют!

Мені в готелі Alarus сподобалось,Все😊 Майже чотири роки тому зупинилися на виборі готелю Alarus і не пошкодували👍 зручні,чисті, просторі номери в яких є все : тапочки, халати, полотенця , міні холодильник,кондиціонер чудові ліжка , дуже смачні сніданки, парковка,привітний персонал,в пішій ходьбі Дерибасівська і багато багато інших плюсів А самий головний плюс це доступна ціна👍вона справді вас приємно здивує😊Однозначно рекомендую 👍👍👍

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, просторные комнаты, тепло и уютно. Расположение 5 минут до центра и до вокзала. Завтраки очень вкусные. Персонал очень отзывчивый, решают любые вопросы, дали нам чайник, штопор. Клининг каждый день, чистые полотенца, шампуни ставили через день новые. Супер молодцы. Большое спасибо за такой комфорт и заботу! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
