Não é barato,mas é ótima opção em Resende.
Pros:

Estadia cômoda e confortável em Resende. Funcionários excelentes. A curta distância de carro fomos ao Zen Restaurante e ao Atacadao supermercado. Saída fácil para a BR entre MG e RJ. Café da manhã de frente para a piscina. Cama grande e enxoval confortável. Chuveiro forte e bem quente. Excelente.

Cons:

Embora com bom tratamento acústico de janelas dos quartos, escutamos o funcionamento das condensadoras do ar condicionado split dos quartos. Talvez colocar as condensadoras no teto seja a opção. Mas não nos impediu de dormirmos bem. Academia precisaria renovar alguns equipamentos, mas atende em caso de manter a forma.

A localização, receptividade e espaço externo.

Cons:

Limpeza deixou a desejar. Muitos cabelos no chão e traças nas paredes dos quartos. Muito mofo nos azulejos do box. E o ar condicionado antigo estava pingando no acabamento do painel da TV. Molhou bastante a mesa que fica no quarto.
