The manager was so helpful. He showed us a map on how to find free parking and was waiting for us to check in even though we were a little late because we did not understand how to park our car during check in. Very good stay and located well for walking the area.

Tiny room, no elevator. Great welcoming host!

The location of this property can't be beat; less than 10 minutes one way is the train station, and less than 10 the other is the Palais des Papes. The room was small but clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. The onky thing close to negative to add is that the curtain did not cover the entire window, but I'm an early riser, so it didn't bother me at all.

Nice mid-level hotel in the heart of Avignon. A short walk from the train station and to the main shopping area with several restaurants. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for sight seeing. The room was spacious and clean. The only caveat is that rooms on the upper floor are not suitable for travelers with physical limitations, as you need to carry up your luggage two flights of stairs, including a very narrow spiral staircase, to get to the top floor. But overall it was a great experience, and I would stay here again.

The hotel is close.to the train station and one street over from the main street so it is a little quieter. They have 3 cats on the property, which I enjoyed petting. The room was taken over by the bed but was clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location

Hotel has a good central location. It is clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and let me check in early, there were also three friendly cats on the property. My room was a bit awkward to get to and it was quite small.

Habitación grande, sin ventanas para abrir y gran lo de humedad, imposible estar sin aire acondicionado.
Para llegar a la habitación hay que pasar por el toilette público del hotel en planta baja.
Falta de información, una lástima. Solo una noche de dos pasamos.

Perfect for an overnight in Avignon! Warm, helpful welcome, very comfortable bed, well-located

The room I booked was excellent for me as a solo female traveller. It’s easily walkable with your gear from the station and close to the bus stop for trips out of Avignon. The walk to the hotel feels safe returning at night and there are nearby pub/restaurant if you don’t want to go far at night. The reception process was great - giving me all the information I needed to get around. The room was basic but clean comfy and affordable for a solo traveller. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel to comment. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very charming and has a great eclectic decor. It is among the closest hotels to the train station and the proprietor Frederick is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Great small hotel in an amazing location within the old city walls. Very charming hotel with character. Very clean and helpful owner. Be mindful that there are lots of stairs to get to your room depending on what floor you are in. Check-in closes at 8pm nightly so reconfirm your arrival time. We almost missed out on our first night’s accommodation.

The owner provided us with lots of information on Avignon including shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel is older but very clean with comfortable beds. No elevator which might be a problem if you have any mobility issues.

This hotel is in a good situation and is good for the price. The hotel needs a little updating

Hotelzimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Renovierung wäre bald angebracht. Dennoch sauber und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service.
Daher würde ich es auch wieder buchen.

Excellent location. Friendly helpful owner . Shower room disappointing - no bracket to hold shower head on wall so needed to hold shower head.
