But staff on duty that day not friendly. Bathroom also not clean, got moss inside.

Prezzo, asciugamani. Mi hanno regalato 2 ore di parcheggio (1 RM).

Cons:

Pulizia a richiesta a giorni alterni. Molto rumoroso, si sentiva tutto dei vicini e della strada. Non c'erano: pantofole, phon, parcheggio gratuito, bollitore.

These want to book room. Screenshot the room pictures later they can't change to other room.

Du bruit la nuit.
La personne de l'accueil qui regarde des vidéos sur son tel toute la nuit sans écouteurs, mais vu l'épaisseur des murs on avait l'impression d'être juste à côté.
Du bruit également des autres pensionnaires, toujours la nuit.

Value for money for family or biz trips but hotel facilities to be improved.

Easy to find restaurants, nearby town.

Cons:

Few switches malfunctioned, mosquitos lots at night cannot sleep, no sound proof door, insufficient lighting, cannot use TV / no remote, no fridge.

You can hear sound of footsteps from outside and their chitchat at the hallway.. I’m distracted, the room brightness is gloomy.

Convenient stay for exploring Batu Caves
Pros:

stayed here for a quick trip to see Batu Caves and it couldn’t have been more convenient!!! It was just a short walk to the main entrance, which made it super easy to get there early before the crowds 😅

Great spot!
Pros:

The location was spot-on — near convenience stores, restaurants, and the Batu Caves area itself. also, the hotel had parking, which made things easier since I rented a car
