Plaza Premium Lounge KLIA - Wellness Spa

It was not clear how to get to this property. It was VERY difficult to get to it and find it.

This is a basic single bed spa room with washand basin and shower. Small but clean and perfectly suitable for a short stay.
Book via Hotels. Com and you can have room for 11 hours.

It's alright for an emergency overlay. Overpriced considering size and ammenities.

I got my breakfast as much as possible and for many many Times.

Much better than expected. It was a single bed room and I was able to sleep well.
Breakfast is provided at Plaza Premium Lounge but it had long queue just to go in...

Malaysian Airlines cancelled my flight which resulted in a 12 hour stop over at the airport. Found Plaza Premium Longe online with a bed & shower & booked it as I was going to walk around the airport for 12 hours. I was very impressed with the room and recommend it to anyone who requires a place a long stopover to get a good rest & a shower to feel fresh for their next flight👍 It also came with a buffet breakfast in the Premium Lounge area (bonus point points for this)😎

I was not able to stay the night at this hotel as it is beyond the immigration and security at the airport. Extremely frustrated and annoyed.

This had not been made clear when booking.

I arrived at KLIA at 6:30pm from another city in Malaysia for a 7:10 am flight out. The airline I was flying with's counter was closed, not opening until 4:10 am and the hotel as stated was beyond immigration, etc. I was unable to get to the hotel by any other means.

Extremely disappointed with Expedia, who I use regularly without any problems. Clearer information is needed.

If you are in transit for over 5 hours this is excellent !

It was quiet. I only got a single instead of a double.
Access was through the airport but I could not use it because I could not book my bag in and enter the airport departure area.
I will not book again because of this. I only had one hour in the longe.

Suite cannot be locked. Room is inside the security area so if you are looking for a hotel outside immigration --- this is not it. Check in was super slow considering the reservation I booked is by the hour and my flight leaves in 8 hrs. Actual lounge (food etc) is also not in the same area so you have to walk to eat.

I had to wait 45 minutes to check in. The booking was not in the system. However the ladies there were polite and helpful.

Very good customer service. They accomodated me as per my flight timing. Good complimentary food in Plaza Lounge. Overall very happy.

Don't make the mistake of booking here if you're flying air Asia. The terminal is different and NOT convenient

NON-EXISTENT SYSTEM
When I arrived, there was nobody in the reception area. When the young man came, he says he need to see the booking because their system cannot trace by name.

COMFORT
The "bed" was better than an old business class seat but not a flat bed. When requested, they provided a blanket which I really am not sure if it was clean. They do not have any pillows.

Did not have the free massage as had to wait and it was late. I may stay there again if I am desperate on transit but only if the Sama Sama Express is full.

Didnt know of my booking...wasnt a bed just a recliner chair in a cupboard

The room wasn't available when I arrived, the spa seemed nice and the front desk staff were polite however they had no rooms despite my booking.

Purely a stop over hotel as I had a 13 hour wait for my connecting flight. Was annoyed that they had no record of my booking but luckily I had printed the top confirmation page and they honoured it. It is what it is, a small room, with a reclining chair [bed], clean modern shower and facilities and the best bit the lounge afterwards, free breakfast, cakes, coffee etc. For £20 it beats sitting in the main airport waiting areas.
