Looking forward to coming back
Pros:

A beautiful hotel within walking distance of Shinagawa Station, extremely comfortable rooms, lots of lovely facilities. Looking forward to coming back here again in a couple of months.

Cons:

Check-in, breakfast booking and payment procedures all seem unnecessarily cumbersome. I don't understand why you have to check yourself in on a machine while a staff member hovers over you talking you through it. They could just do it for you themselves.

Calidad precio inmejorable.
Pros:

El personal es increíble como todo en Japón, son súper atentos , simpáticos y amables en todo momento. Una pasada. La ubicación del hotel es genial y cerca del Shikansen y varias estaciones, aparte que todo lo que hay cerca son construcciones nuevas y modernas. Una maravilla de ciudad.

Cons:

Un poco alejado de la zona centro pero muy accesible. Nuestra habitación era demasiado pequeña las próximas vez tendré en cuenta esto. Un armario debajo de la cama hubiera sido perfecto.
