APA Hotel Shinagawa Sengakuji-Ekimae 3N Stay
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and amenities are plentiful. The Room is very clean although tight. The view was great. We could see the Tokyo tower at night when it's lit up. Nice. Check-out was fast. We booked 4 Rooms for 8 people. Everyone has nice things to say about their room. Keep up the great work!

Great option near Airport connections
Pros:

This hotel is a great stay if you want to be near an easy connection to Haneda airport. We stayed there on our last night and the experience was very straightforward, easy self-checkin an amazing breakfast.

Pros:

チェックアウトの時間に爆睡していて起きられず、スタッフの方からの電話で飛び起きたのですが、延長料金を払うよりは会員登録すると無料になってお得ですよと教えていただきました！

大浴場のロッカーが少なくてもうちょっと広いといいなと思ったのと、男湯の前を通りすぎた奥に自販機があったので、男性が出てくる前を通るのはちょっと気が引けました…
