Nice stay
Pros:

Smaller rooms, staff were very helpful. Close to a metro station, convenient stores and restaurants

This stay was value for money and extremely close to Haneda Airport and Railway stations and tourist hotspots.
Pros:

Very central location close to 2 stations. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Small rooms. Not sure whether rooms are generally this size in Tokyo. Rooms only get serviced every 3 days.

Could been better
Cons:

Each room were very small, hardly enough space to breath. Hygienic reasons were very poorly taken as example they don’t vacuum the floor to really make it clean enough. In one of the rooms were very dirty, we got bug bites all over our bodies because of that( so we asked for a new room)

安定のクオリティです。大浴場、駅近、清潔、スタッフの対応どれも◎です。

Cons:

特にないです。ひとつ挙げるなら部屋の除湿調整ちょっと難しかったです。
