Pros:

I asked for invoice upon check out, I was told the system was not working so they will send it to me via WhatsApp. I have contacted them twice to send the invoice but as of today I have not received it. They are not replying to my messages now.

It was a nightmare and the biggest mistake I’ve ever made when it comes to booking a hotel

Cons:

The staff and reception weren’t professional & kinda rude .. the breakfast was the worst and dull .. very slow staff when it comes to asking for something we have to beg them

Pros:

The cleanness of the room is not fine, there was bad smell from the carpet and the breakfast fan not satisfied, there is no any food for Indians. but overall it was good
