Luna Arcos Hotel Nature & Spa

Large modern hotels with spacious comfortable rooms , spotlessly clean, two pools, lovely helpful staff , an easy stroll into the old town for cafes etc

The hotel was fine but definitely not a four star. The room was big they did give me an upgrade which was wonderful but there was an order in the room that came from the vents. The front desk staff was excellent but the breakfast staff were so unfriendly! The coffe machine broke and it took them 4 days to fix it. The same food was put out for the entire week no variety and staff was slack in replacing empty portions. The orange juice dispenser broke as well but at least they fixed it within 24 hrs. Out of all the hotels we stayed at and this one was for 7 nights I found that the staff here were a bit snooty and were not as hospitable as the other hotel staff. Very disappointed bc the hotel is in a great location and equipped with spa, bar (which most times didn’t have anyone there to serve) and no coffee in the rooms which I thought was completely odd since Europeans drink mainly coffee. I had to pay to get a cup of coffee. Insane!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower was old but clean.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was great! Very clean, great staff and the location is very accommodating.

One of our favorite hotels in Portugal. Amazing staff, extremely clean, great spa, 2 pools, outdoor pool bar and everyone is super friendly. Decent breakfast although it was better a few years ago.
Always a pleasant stay.

Een zeer goed hotel ,goed gelegen voor verkenning van Arcos en de streek,vriendelijk personeel en goed restaurant,ruime en veilige parking.
De kamers voorzien van alle faciliteiten,badkamer iets gedateerd maar voldoet.Een aanrader!

+ Primeramente felicitar al personal de el hotel ya que es lo mejor de este alojamiento.
+ Estancia correcta pero faltan detalles para el precio que tiene y sus estrellas, por ejemplo en el baño no ponen ningún tipo de artículo más que su jabón embotellado, ni gorros de ducha, ni cepillo de dientes ni nada de nada...
- A la habitación también le falta algún detalle, tipo algún espejo más amplio y un poco de vida por que sobre todo el baño se queda muy antiquado...
- El spa bien por estar incluido sino no valdría la pena, muchos niños, muchísimo ruido y todo el rato esperando para poder utilizar las instalaciones.
- Lo que no nos gustó nada fue la cena.. Nos tocó pagarla a parte ya que hacía muy mal tiempo y no nos quedó otra, en principio el menú aunque caro nos pareció buena opción, la sorpresa fue al llegar.. Estábamos esperando a que los camareros nos sentasen ya que estaban ocupados y de repente aprecio otro con pinta de ser el " jefe" con un poco de malas maneras hizo señales para exigir que nos sentase, más adelante en otra ocasión volvió a regañar a otro camarero por que le pedimos pan, no entendíamos tanto regaño para que finalmente la comida llegase seca, me atrevería a decir que uno de los platos recalentado, la tabla de enchidos de supermercado y hasta el postre reseso.. Un precio excesivo y encima con bebidas aparte, sin opción de poder pedir otra cosa o un solo plato... Nos decepcionó bastante.
+++ pero por lo general tubimos una estancia agradable y repetiría
