Prima Hotel, schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, gute Preis-Leistung - nur Details zu optimieren
Pros:

eines der besten Einzelzimmer, die ich hatte. Bett nicht so schmal und nicht direkt an eine Wandecke gequetscht, etwas mehr Platz (auch für Yoga-Matte).
Sehr gutes Frühstück, vegan Optionen (Danke für vegan overnight oats, Mandelmilch-Cappucino und Paprika-Curry-Aufstrich!)
Nettes Personal (da schienen viele Praktikanten herumzulaufen, die nicht viel Erfahrung oder Ahnung hatten, aber waren alle recht nett)
Superior Apartments sind prima und sehr ruhig.
Zugang zum Fitness-Center gibt es, Sauna & Dampfbad gäbe es auch. Prima!

Cons:

Leider trotz Frage nach einem ruhigen Zimmer eines zur Strasse hin bekommen, das hat mir nicht gefallen. Waren wahrscheinlich zu viele Fragen auf einmal (2 Nächte frei? höhere Etage?....)
Im ersten Zimmer ging Tablett nicht, im 2. die Schreibtischlampe nicht. Wurde auf Anfrage gecheckt bzw. ersetzt, aber vielleicht wäre ein allgemeiner Check (öfter) sinnvoll.
Man hätte die Fenster mal wieder putzen können (Blütenstaub!), das hat mir nicht gefallen.

Pros:

irstly, we were given a very small room next to the elevator, and the air conditioning was not functioning at all.

The breakfast was very good.

However, the mattress and pillows were in very poor condition and not comfortable, which made it impossible to sleep that night. I waited until around 6:30 AM, when I went down to reception to request a room change. The receptionist apologised and promptly arranged for us to be moved to a much better and more comfortable room, which resolved the issue.

Cons:

The first room we were accomdated at wasnt refecting a 4 stars hotel at all.

Pros:

Gute Lage , nähe Mewa Arena und Parkmöglichleiten..sogar mit Transporter und Anhänger.
Restaurant absolut empfehlenswert und extrem lecker 😋. Das Frühstücksbufett war super .Alle freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Wellness Bereich sehr sauber und zum entspannen perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden dann im Hauptgebäude ein Zimmer buchen.

das Dampfbad ist ein Zumutung

sie sollten ihre Gäste bei Ankunft informieren, dass das Restaurant ausgebucht ist. Um die Gelegenheit zu haben die Aufenthaltstage im Voraus zu buchen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön im Grünen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Tolle Adresse, immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Da ich mich inzwischen als Stammgast beschreibe, gefällt mir mir im Grunde alles an dieser Unterkunft. Je nach Dauer und Anlass buche ich mal das das Haupthaus oder eben eines der Appartements.

Cons:

Heute tatsächlich mal mit konstruktivem Feedback an dieser Stelle:
Leider ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Sauberkeit im Appartement etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt. Schauen Sie sich z.B. gerne einmal im Zimmer 321 die kleine Statue im Bad an. Diese wurde eine lange Zeit nicht mehr vom Staub befreit. Auch befanden sich einige Spinnweben im Zimmer. (Oben an den Schränken bzw. am Fenster.) Habe ich, soweit möglich, entfernt. Auch sollte ein Augenmerk auf Schrankwände gerichtet werden. Hier am Beispiel des Vitrinenschrankes. Dort finden sich diverse Schlieren vom „grob drüber wischen“. Zu Guter Letzt: die Fenster-Jalousie bewegt sich sehr geräuschintensiv.

Great modern hotel, nice place to relax

It was clean, modern, easy parking, great breakfast, nice little spa, and very quiet. The people were all nice. The restaurant was very good, nice cuisine. Perfect stay for us
