Very bad experience, felt as being cheated.

I like to share feedback regarding the Apple 1 hotel, Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The actual hotel is very different from the photos shown. There is no proper lobby, the cleanliness is poor, there is an unpleasant smell throughout the room, the door lock doesn’t work properly, and the air conditioner is covered in dust.

Because of the condition of the hotel, we decided to pay for another hotel yesterday, as the accommodation was not as advertised and was not in a suitable condition for us to stay.

Not so bad for a 2 Star hotel
Pros:

Bed is comfortable, aircond is working, heater is working

Cons:

There's a smell in the room. The lock on the door doesn't look safe. We got a room that don't have any lock on shower's door. And there's a gap between the door. The bathroom wall have like a black mold(?) or dirty idk how to explain. But overall for a 2 star hotel is quite nice.

The safe deposit box in the room was not working. Had to get reception to fix it. The battery was flat.

The room was not clean on first alternator day. The clean room tag was missing from the room. No intro reminder when checking in. Had to get the tag from reception.

Pros:

The room is clean and very comfortable. The room size is cozy and just nice for us as a husband and wife. The only downside is that parking is very limited, so you need to be a bit smart in finding a spot if the provided parking is already full. The staff was very kind—his name is Hashim. Thank you to Hashim for taking good care of us. We will definitely come again.
