Lovely even in off-season.
Pros:

Lovely place with great service. Deffinatly the best breakfast we've had on Sri Lanka. Would love to come back - only con was, that we apparently came in the off-season, so there was nothing to do in town, which was quite sad.

Chambre digue d'un bon standing européen.
Pros:

Escale entre 2 étapes, 2 nuits de repos à proximité de la mer. Certes Arugam bay n est pas un village très intéressant mais Coco bay est un petit havre de confort. Retiré du bourg Coco bay est un établissement récent en très bon état, l accueil est très chaleureux dans un bon anglais, cocktail de fruit de bienvenu. Grande et belle chambre vrai king seize bled hyper confort, clim, frigo, eau chaude. Wifi efficace. Les petits dej sont copieux et restez y manger le soir, car c est très bon surtout si on compare avec les Resto à touriste tous le long de la grande rue. Attention hors saison a Arugam bay beaucoup de chose sont fermés et les autres vous reçoivent mal. Alors si vous devez vous arrêtez choisissez Coco bay.

Great value for money
Pros:

The rooms are fairly basic but based on the reasonable price, great value for money. The breakfast was great. The service was extremely good. The location is ideal as not far from the beach or main area of restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet at night

Unpretentious Guesthouse in good location
Pros:

Well run guesthouse with 5 cabana style rooms. Our room was slightly worse as it was closer to the communal area. The family and staff were very obliging and provided free coffee and tea. Very good included breakfast with pancakes or Sri Lankan speciality. Rooms have good wifi, ensuite bathroom with shower and hot water and large bed with nice bedding. Guesthouse is not on the beach but a convenient few minutes walk to beach and restaurants. Nice beach but not a lot to do in Arugam Bay out of season.
