très bon emplacement pour visiter et gentillesse du personnel

Pobyt oceniamy na plus, prawdopodobnie zatrzymalibyśmy się tu ponownie.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja w starym centrum Hanoi, bardzo pomocna obsługa. Śniadania ok, może nie największy wybór, ale ciepłe opcje na zamówienie - zdecydowanie na plus

Cons:

Jak w większości miejsc w Wietnamie - jest dość głośno, słychać zarówno ulicę jak i trzeszczącą podłogę u sąsiadów. Przydałoby się również odświeżyć pokoje, bo choć jest czysto to widać już zużycie hotelu.

Super hulpvol personeel, uitstekende locatie, superior kamers zijn heel fijn en hebben een leuk uitzicht op het balkon.

Estadia perfeita!
Pros:

Recebi o melhor atendimento que já havia recebido em um hotel. Funcionários maravilhosos e atenciosos. Ao sabarem que iria realizar o check-out pela madrugada prepararam um lanchinho para que eu tomasse café da manhã. Achei de uma dalicadeza sem tamanho. A região é perfeita para sentir a atmosfera vibrante de Hanói! Fui embora triste pois queria ter ficado mais dias, mas com a certeza que voltarei e com certeza ficarei neste hotel novamente!

Cons:

O cortina blackout do meu quarto era um pouco pequena e permitia que a luz entrasse. Seria interessante apenas esse ajuste, mas nada que desabone a minha hospedagem maravilhosa.

Just brilliant
Pros:

Lovely clean rooms, great location and great value. The staff were AMAZING. Anna was so helpful and sat with me for ages helping me plan my trip in Vietnam and booked everything for me.
When my son was taken ill, the staff were so kind and caring and being a single mum, their help was invaluable. Thank you for everything. I will never forget your kindness.

Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall das große Zimmer, das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal (vor allem am Empfang) und die gute Lage. Auch der Shuttle vom Flughafen wurde super organisiert und es lief alles reibungslos.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig und leider auch nicht ganz sauber, vor allem das Bad. Allgemein war die Ausstattung schon etwas älter. Alles kein Problem, sollte man nur vielleicht vorher wissen :)

It’s okay but probably would go somewhere else

Lovely staff & great location

Cons:

Unfortunately our room had a terrible smell in it. We did mention it to reception and they were very lovely & offered to help but unfortunately it didn’t get better until our last night and this had a huge impact on our stay.
They breakfast room is tiny and you will have to wait for a table which can be uncomfortable for other guests

No coração do Old Quarter
Pros:

Hanoi Chic Boutique Hotel foi uma excelente escolha. Adoramos nosso quarto, as camas eram muito confortáveis e o banheiro impecável. A equipe do hotel é maravilhosa, nos ajudaram com tudo que precisamos. Ficaríamos aqui novamente sem pensar duas vezes.

Hôtel confortable et bien situé
Pros:

Situé dans le vieux quartier d'Hanoï, à proximité du lac Hoan Kiem et de la cathédrale St Joseph.
Gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel, principalement Anna à la réception.
Nous avions réservé une chambre avec balcon, ce qui était bien sympa pour profiter de l'animation des rues sans en avoir la contrainte, la ville d'Hanoï étant très bruyante!
Demande satisfaite pour avoir une chambre à un étage supérieur! et l'hôtel possède un ascenseur.
Petit déjeuner très correct avec un choix varié.
Lit immense mais seulement 2 malheureux oreillers!

Cons:

La taille de la salle de bain et sa fonctionnalité, comparée à la grandeur de la chambre.
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres mais le nettoyage des tours de fenêtre et de la porte qui donne sur le balcon sont à revoir: très poussiéreux, voire sales! ainsi que la balcon par lui même!
La taille de la salle du petit déjeuner qui est vite bondée aux horaires de grande affluence!
