All the hotels we stayed in Hanoi were overrated in Booking compared to how I would rate them and were disappointing. The hotel is OK but the room was small and the was not as nice as in the pictures

Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin.

Nous arrivons tard, on nous conduit dans la chambre (chambre sans fenêtre vers l’extérieur), elle était rester ouverte pour être aérer.
Sur les draps et l’oreiller des poils d’un chat qui avait dû squatter là un bon moment.
On met en route la Clim, et la Clim fuit instantanément et abondamment sans interruption (il y avait déjà une serviette derrière, donc je penses que le problème était connu)
On redescend à la réception. On nous fait changer de chambre pour une beaucoup plus spacieuse, mais donnant sur l’avant (fort bruyant).
Mais on est contente. On rechangera le lendemain pour une autre chambre qui donne sur l’arrière. Elle sera encore mieux (pas de bruit).
Après avoir expérimenté 3 chambres on peut aussi se rendre compte que toutes les photos sur booking font photoshopé par rapport à la réalité. C’est pas aussi confortable que peut laisser nous faire croire les photos.
Mais on relativise car elles sont propre et le petit déjeuner est plus que parfait. Et les employés sont très avenant.
C’est au check-out qu’on a encore une mauvaise surprise.
On nous annonce au moment de payer que si on veut payer par carte, ils rajouteront 3% du montant total sur la facture. Comme nous sommes restées 3 nuits. Ça fait beaucoup en plus. Ça a était compliqué de trouver un distributeur sans frais de banque.
On laisse nos bagages à l’hôtel et revient qqs heures plus tards avec le montant exacte en main (J’avais trié mes billets avant et heureusement).
La femme compte et me dit qu’il manque. Elle me tends la facture avec une autre feuille au dessus (qui cache la moitié de la facture) je vois juste un montant entouré.
Elle recompte devant moi. On échange des billets, puis au bout d’un moment je me dis mais c’est pas le montant que je devais payer. Et lui dit c’est pas normal. Et là, elle se penche sur la facture écarte la première feuille qui cachait la facture et s’excuse.

En bref, je ne veut pas accuser.

La ubicación es muy buena. Está cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. La habitación (con balcón) estaba muy bien, aunque el baño necesitaba una reforma. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno estaba bien, de calidad, le añadiria más variedad. El trato era muy amable

Everything was perfect! The location is in the heart of the old quarter and Walking distance from everything. The staff was extremely helpful and helped us arrange our whole stay in Hanoi, and not just our accommodation. I really recommend this hotel !

Hotel idéalement situé dans le vieux HANOI
Pros:

Les échanges par mail et les conseils en amont ont été très utiles pour organiser mon voyage. Un grand merci à Anna pour sa patience. Très bon accueil, hôtel très bien situé. Petit déjeuner très varié et différents tous les matins. Très arrangeants pour garder vos bagages gratuitement. Je recommande.

Hotel bien placé dans le centre mais au calme. Personnels très sympathiques. Les chambres sont confortables même si les 2 que nous avions n avaient pas de fenetre.... Bon petit-dejeuner.

Pros:

Der freundliche Empfang und die fürsorgliche Mitarbeiterin. Die Frühstücksoptionen und auch der urige Ausblick von unserem Balkon. Das Zimmer war zudem sehr groß!

Cons:

Alles in allem ein solides Haus mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt in der Altstadt braucht!
