Gostei de tudo porque pegamos um quarto longe da rodovia que fica de frente para o castelo então não teve barulho e em dia de semana não teve evento então foi bem silencioso, não há o que não tenhamos gostado mas essa é a reclamação de muitos aqui

Recepcionistas sem preparo tanto profissional como humano para o cumprimento das Leis referentes ao atendimento à pessoa autista!
O mesmo me refiro aos profissionais da cozinha, garçonetes e gerência!
Péssimo!

Higiene, os azulejos em volta da hidromassagem do quarto estavam sujos, a hidromassagem quando foi ligada saiu um bolo de cabelo de onde sai agua, uma burracha que tem em volta acho que era de uma das saídas de agua da hidro estava toda suja e mofada, confesso que usei a hidro uma vez só e fiquei com um pouco de nojo, ia tirar foto para poor na avaliação mais acabei esquecendo
