Me ha gustado todo,el personal,una maravilla,las instalaciones súper limpias y cómodas.nos han tratado genial,y a nuestro pequeño chihuahua,lo han mimado mucho, dándole hasta chuches,jeje.
Además tienen una pizzería a la que también puedes ir acompañado de tu mascota.
Sin duda volveremos porque hemos quedado encantadas.

Hotel con una decoración que no deja indiferente, moderno y totalmente volcado con el motor. La habitación era muy amplia, pero sobre todo luminosa y muy limpia. El personal es muy amable. El hotel está cerca de Salamanca en coche, por lo que es una buena opción, y tiene cargador eléctrico para coches.

Ik heb al eerder dit hotel de hemel in geprezen. Reeds 7 keer hotel aangedaan.

Cons:

Wat me niet beviel is dat het hotel telefonisch, via e-mail of berichten niet bereikbaar is.
Bij het vertrek ben ik een hoes met noodzakelijke inhoud kwijt geraakt. Daar kwam ik ‘s avonds in een appartement in Alvor, Algarve achter.
Ik heb denk ik een 20 tal keren telefonisch geprobeerd het hotel te bereiken. Er wordt niet opgenomen.ik heb watts app gebruikt met Engelstalige berichten. Mails verstuurd ook via Booking.com, maar krijg geen reactie.
In de beschermhoes zaten o.a. Mijn iPad , mijn paspoort en de passen voor onze 2 teckels.
Voor zover ik na kan gaan ben ik de hoes bij het inpakken bij het hotel verloren.
Waarom lukt het niet om met hen in contact te komen? Ik vermoed dat het bedienend personeel slecht tot nauwelijks Engels spreekt en als men een buitenlands telefoonnummer ziet, de telefoon niet opneemt.
Een kwalijke zaak voor een hotel dat ik meerdere keren als zeer goed heb aangeprezen.
