Wonderful stay for a week of meetings and a day to enjoy the spa, pool and city. Staff was excellent, extremely helpful, and remembered your name over and over.

Stayed her for business week. The hotel has the best hospitality and very great staffs especially at Anigre. Got a free room upgrade also.
They have various western, eastern, and local food for the breakfast.

This is an exceptional Sheraton property, and should be your destination if you need a hotel that is clean, well equipped, full of great amenities, and staffed by an amazing team of friendly, welcoming people. Comfortable room and excellent layout. Separated bathroom and bathtub made bath time efficient and saving time. All the staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. Smooth and excellent process from check-in to check-out. We got a very warm with little personal touch welcome greetings on our room. Also a shaped dog towel which impressed my kids much. They took a little initiative to provide ear plug so we can sleep comfortable without any noise heard. Not to mention that they have great variety food and drinks on their restaurant.

My recent stay at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! The check-in process was seamless, and I was immediately impressed by the elegant lobby and calming atmosphere.

The room was beautifully designed—spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with every comfort I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a busy day exploring the city. I also loved the stunning city views, which made both mornings and evenings feel extra special.

Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with both international and local options that catered to every taste. The service throughout my stay was consistently attentive and thoughtful, making me feel valued as a guest.

Overall, Meilani at the Club Lounge and her whole team including Farrel, Theresa, Rahman, Puja, Wiwid, Kayla, Fikri, Nayla, Lila, Pini, Amelia, Aul, Bazila, Febri, Erwin and Panang. The club lounge exceeded all my expectations. Whether you’re visiting Jakarta for business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here for a luxurious, relaxing, and truly memorable experience. We celebrated our wedding in early February at Sheraton Grand Jakarta, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel went above and beyond in taking care of us and our family. My husband and I were given a beautiful suite that was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our family also stayed in a deluxe room, which was equally well prepared and pleasant.

The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The food served during our wedding was top notch and received many compliments from our guests. I also had the chance to enjoy the spa, which was deeply relaxing and a perfect way to unwind amid the wedding festivities.

Overall, it was an excellent experience that exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend Sheraton Grand Jakarta for both special occasions and stays. Special thanks to Om Yanuar, Mba Dinny, and Lilo for their exceptional care and support. They truly made our experience memorable.

Very friendly, welcoming and efficient team on 20th Floor Club Lounge. Checking in and out, breakfast and evening dinner and cocktails. Serving of food and beverage until 9pm was a big plus after long days with my supplier.
