Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel

Very good stay, clean rooms, great service, and the best metropolitan hotel atmosphere. Good to point out a friendly staff from concierge, special mention for Anton, for a very friendly and detailed service.

Sheraton Jakarta Gandaria City is one of my go-to hotels when I visit Jakarta due to its convenient location and warm associates. The hotel is connected to Gandaria City mall which will serve all your needs, and is a 10-15min taxi ride away from other areas of interest like Senayan. The associates from culinary and F&B and front office are very friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully prepared for guests. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and at home.

What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were warm, friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience even more enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of returning to the Sheraton Grand Gandaria City from May 28 to May 30, and it was a consistently pleasant experience from checkin to checkout. This hotel truly sets a high standard for heartfelt warm service in Jakarta.

The hospitality throughout the property is always warm and genuine, making you feel truly welcomed and well-cared for. The cuisine is exceptional — I particularly enjoyed the delicious Grilled Beef Marrangi and the flavorful fried rice prepared by Chef Febri and his talented team. The beef brisket served during Brisket Day was also perfectly tender and well seasoned. Dishes served at the SGG never fail to impress me, all the more reason for my returning stays.

My room was spotless and impeccably maintained throughout my stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were faultless.

Special mentions go to the incredible staff who made my stay memorable:

- Concierge – Anton provided excellent assistance.
- Housekeeping – Ikmal and Ulhaq did a fantastic job keeping the room perfect.
- Lounge Team – Pak Devi, Meilani, Farrel, Theresia, Fikri, Wiwid, Kheylla, Dini were always approachable and interactive with the guests. Special thanks to Fikri for being attentive and proactively bringing an extra bottle of water.
- Culinary Team - Chef Febri morning and night shifts, and the superb culinary team at the Club.
- Mirror Art Team – Salma, Sahea, and Tiara for their great service.

This was a genuinely relaxing and enjoyable stay thanks to the warm hospitality, excellent food, and the dedication of the entire team. The atmosphere at the SGG is never monotone and the associates take great care and pride in interacting with guests.

I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Gandaria City and will definitely return on my next visit to South Jakarta.

Staying 1 night at Sheraton Gandaria City and got a little surprise during the bfast from Bu Panca dan Mas Rahmat, a birthday tiramissu cake, what a great morning and warm welcome. Thanks for the great service, definitely we will come back here again.

The hotel greeted us at check-in with a birthday cake and room decoration. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast had many options, and I also received a surprise cake and birthday song during breakfast. The service was excellent, friendly, and full of smiles from all the hotel staff. Can’t wait to be back.
