I brought my 86 yrs old Mom back to Indonesia on this 4 weeks trip, and she hasn't been back in 15 yrs, so it was a big deal. We want to make sure she's healthy and happy. We booked several hotels in Jakarta, but after we stayed at Sheraton Gancit we were so happy we decided to extend thru end of trip, so total 3 weeks. Our stay was super excellent; the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The food was all delicious, and they take request from us for some special meal! The rooms were great, we got a very nice suite with living room connecting to another room. They all treated my Mom like a celebrity and made her so happy. I want to thank you the Sheraton staff who made the stay so awesome and memorable: Rahmat, Melanie, Bu Panca, Chef Bazilla, Fikri, Kiki, Chef May and so many others that I have to apologize for not remembering all the names!!

When I was a business trip from Singapore, I stayed here and was pleasantly surprised to receive a wake-up call from Juna, the receptionist, who speak French. I was so impressed that I recommended this hotel to my colleagues who don't speak English to stay at Sheraton Jakarta.

I used to stay in another hotel 1 year back but once I experienced Sheraton Gandaria, I never looked for any other hotel.
Right from the entry, to the room service, breakfast area, the Sheraton club , Spa, pool area to even check out, the way hotel staff treats you is really amazing...The staff knows you by name, whenever they have rooms available they upgrade your room , at breakfast they ensure that you taste most of the things, they can prepare your favorite food as well, at the club,they go out of the way to serve you..overall very good positive vibes..
A big shout-out to the amazing staffs- Luci, Panca, Theresia, Anigre, Sarah, Fikri, Kheylla & many more whose name I don't remember but it's because of them, their smiling faces, their hospitality,their ways of making me & the others guests feel special...is what keeps bringing me back to this hotel..
Even my colleagues say that "in Sheraton Gandaria city Rohit is treated like a king" 😜
So, I will keep of coming to this hotel for the amazing people because it's the people,who make all the difference..

Returned to my favorite hotel in Jakarta and really can't find any fault! Staff at Executive lounge is totally amazing! Thank you Ms. Novi and Mr. Devi for always taking such a good care of me. Looks no further and stay here the next time you're in Jkt. I'll be back for sure!

We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and effort in making sure everything was taken care of, including assisting us with a late check-out, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing 🥰

I would also like to thank Rahmat, Tiara, and Florence from the Guest Relations team for the lovely room setup and personalized drawings prepared for us. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel even more special.
