The room was clean, the staff were nice and helpful, the hotel is being renovated and it could be noisy during the day, the breakfast was OK but could be improved.

Excelente hotel! Lo unico es que x el momento esta bajo remodelacion la parte del sauna y del restaurant, asi que eso representa unos cuantos inconvenientes, pero de ahi en fuera, todo excelente!

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. Best choice ever, quiet neighborhood, the staff was super nice and had great communication. Great location for shopping, dining and to engage with the local culture. I'll be back next time I come to visit Mexico City.

Grate location near to etc restaurants shops it’s the best place to be

El primer cuarto que me dieron olía terrible, y aunque saben que tienen el problema desde hace mucho tiempo, al día de hoy no han hecho nada para corregirlo, por lo anterior me cambiaron de cuarto el cual me gustó mucho, sin embargo en ambos cuartos las almohadas son malísimas!!!! Fue muy desagradable despertar con dolor de oídos y cabeza por esta razón, no se puede entender que no pongan el más mínimo de a esta situación

The staff was lovely, the building was clean and in a nice, safe location. I really loved the layout of the hotel, the size of my room and the comfy bed. The roof top deck was really nice as well. My only complaint was the shower water was not warm or hot. I did enjoy a very hot jacuzzi though, so there’s definitely hot water on site, just not in the rooms? I was in and out pretty quick so it was ok for my stay but it is a shame about the showers because everything else was great.

El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado, lo que no me pareció bien es que se ofrezca como un lugar PET friendly y al hacer la reserva te comuniquen que tiene costo extra, ya que por esto los había elegido en un inicio y tuve que buscar pensión para mi perrito, fuera de eso todo está muy bien, el personal muy amable.

Nice área hotel is nice ,service could be better restaurant service horrible nasty -but if you go about a block away to Fonda Trotamundo Restaurant the food is excellent for breakfast

Necesitan empezar a dar mantenimiento.
Algunas chicas son excelentes, predispuestas a ayudar y super amable, pero hay otra que ladran... No entiendo por que se comporta tan agresivamente.

It was a quiet place close to cultural things with easy access to transportation

Good:
1. The front desk staff was friendly and patient 2. The room was spacious

Bad:
1.The bathroom window handle was broken, and it was tied with a piece of wire and could not be closed tightly. The room temperature was low, and the hot water was not warm so it was cold when taking a shower. Turning on the air conditioner did not help much.
2.On the second night, I found a large footprint-shaped stain on the bed sheet. Although it was washed, it was still faintly visible, which made me uncomfortable and reduced the sense of cleanliness. Because I was leaving, I did not tell the service staff. I hope that the next travelers will check it first.

El hotel es muy comodo,buen desayuno incluido y el personal amable...exepto cuando se pasa uno de la hora oficial del checkout, nos retrasamos 30 minutos de la hora del checkout y nos hocieron 4 llamadas para que desocupara la habitacion, ningun hotel en el mundo me habia he ho eso, practicamente correrme del lugar por tetrazarme 30 minutos (11:30 en vez de 11:00 am)

Pobre desayuno. No tienen lugar para guardar maletas cuando uno hace el check out. Habitaciones muy amplias. Desayuno pobre. Staff amable.

Great little hotel!

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí por la cercanía a mi actividad a la que iba. La primera vez todo súper bien en cuanto a limpieza y atención a excepción de la encargada de la cafetería que coincidió su poco trato amable esta segunda ocasión.!
La limpieza dejó mucho que desear y no tuvimos agua caliente los 3 días que nos hospedamos. Donde el clima en la Ciudad de México era de 15 grados bañarse con agua fría no fue buena experiencia cuando somos de un clima cálido. Y no nos pudieron resolver lo del agua.

My Mom needed especial care so the staff went above and beyond to help us with the wheelchair. The breakfast was simple but nice, exactly what is needed to start your day in the City. The reception staff always friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and suitable for any needs. We had many doctors appointments for my mom. JTowers is very well located in the city. We reached all hospitals very fast. Also being in Nápoles Neighbourhood, there are plenty of options for food, a mall, convenient stores even a gym.

I’m not happy with the fact that we were given a room for two and we had paid for three. We were given obviously a wrong room. We arrived at 7pm and were told in studs way by the receptionist that a bed would be delivered at 9:50pm. We were tired and couldn’t go to bed waiting for them to deliver an extra bed.

Excellent place in an excellent location

Todo perfecto en la suite, el AA hacia un poco de ruido y el colchon ya esta un poco vencido. Todo lo demas perfecto.
