Comfortable, delightful, easy, lovely. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend the place.
Pros:

Beautiful property with a lovely, plant-lined courtyard, sweet and helpful staff, delicious breakfast included... Quiet and secluded but in a central neighborhood with incredible bars, restaurants, a flea market-- so easy to walk around or walk to transportation.

Cons:

The room/bathroom could have been just a little bit cleaner. It was like 8/10 on cleanliness.

Hospedagem bem localizada
Pros:

Gostei da localização com bares, restaurantes, padarias, loja de vinho, etc próximo. E aos sábados tem a feira na Benito Calixto
É uma boa localização para quem deseja visitar a Paulista, Pinheiros e Vila Madalena.
Em termos de mobilidade , apesar de ser uma boa caminhada, há duas estações de metro - seja na rua Pinheiros (ou seja na Oscar Freire. Além da muita oferta de taxi e uber.
O café da manhã é funcional ( é básico e adequado)
Vale destacar a cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

Não há estacionamento e nem acordo com os estacionamentos na região ( o que pode ser um problema se você for de carro). Há escada para acesso nalguns quartos ( o que pode ser um problema para quem tem alguma questão de mobilidade).

Mais charme que conforto.
Pros:

Da localização, do respeito a uma casa antiga que foi preservada. Café da manhã simpático.

Cons:

Roupas de cama e toalhas precisando renovar. Fiquei no 2º andar e tive que subir com minha mala (tenho 70 anos). Eles tem quartos no andar térreo. Chuveiro oscila entre muito quente e muito frio, no meio do banho a gente recebe uma ducha gelada nas costas.
