La camera era sporchissima. Peli e capelli ovunque. C’erano proprio ciuffi di capelli ovunque in bagno e in camera. Abbiamo chiesto anche di pulirla la mattina successiva e hanno cambiato solo gli asciugamani.

La habitación estaba bien ubicada, lo justo para ducharse y dormir.
No había ventanas, bueno, las había pero no se podían abrir , eso hacía que oliese fatal por la humedad.
Se oía todo de la calle y las habitaciones contiguas.
Estaba MUY SUCIO , pelos por el baño , la ducha e incluso un papel atascada en el desagüe del grifo del baño.
Aunque sea una ciudad cara, la limpieza es un mínimo.
The location is really good, close the the metro station, to Maxwell food centre and Chinatown complex. The personal was kind and helpful, they gave us free umbrellas when it was raining. They also gave me a window room. The bathroom was fine.

Location, size of room, hot water, restaurants nearby, coffee/tea/kettle, bed made daily, AC. If you're trying to save money you might be able to overlook the negatives.
Black mold all over the bathroom tiles (room 10), hairs on the bed sheets, garbage was full but not emptied, clean cups not given after 2 days, toilet paper was empty. The garbage, TP, and cups were addressed not when I had the sign on my door for them to be cleaned, but only later when I asked hotel staff. Some hallways and front desk noise (talking, laughing, conversations) at super early hours. My room was closest to the front desk.

Very dirty - sheets had dirt and hairs and looked like they had not been changed, just made up to look neat. The bath was scummy and my husband scrubbed it with a hotel toothbrush to reveal the white surface beneath. There was dust and what appeared to be mouse droppings in the corners of the room as if it has not been vacuumed for a while.
However, when we pointed this out to management, they changed our sheets and sent someone to clean the bath. I forgot to mention the floor so that remained dirty.

La ubicació és excel·lent, envoltada de restaurants, mercats i molt ben comunicada amb el transport públic. El personal va ser molt amable, atent i disposat a ajudar-nos en tot moment.
L'habitació no oferia una bona relació qualitat-preu. El llit no era gaire còmode, el bany no estava prou net i se sentia molt soroll dels altres hostes al passadís, especialment a la nit, fet que dificultava descansar.
