Personal sehr freundlich, wunderschöne Lage und gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel!

Fin utsikt, super middag, men altfor varme rom på sommeren.
Pros:

Vi likte at det lå ved sjøen, og hadde fin utsikt til sjø og fjell

Cons:

Manglet AC. Og det var altfor varmt på rommet. Våknet på natta av varmen..
Å bli vekket av kirkeklokka kl 0530 var heller ikke så kjekt.

Ligging is prima ivm doorreis naar Italië. Direct aan het meer.

Cons:

Geen airco, waren er op een zeer warme dag, sliepen op de 4e etage, kamer daardoor warm.

Sehr gute Lage mit tollem Ambiente und kleinen Schwächen

Die Lage des Hotels, das gemeinsame Abendessen mit Freunden am stilvoll gedeckten Tisch, die Qualität der Speisen.
Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und von guter Qualität. Der Service durch die Kellner war präzise.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft vollkommen überfordert und somit leider auch wenig kundenorientiert. Beim Frühstück bat ich eine Serviererin Marmelade nachzulegen. Die patzige Antwort lautete, " da stehen doch noch zwei ".
Das ist eines Hauses, welches sonst sehr auf Stil bedacht ist, nicht würdig. Sicher hilft hier ein Gespräch mit den Mitarbeitern,
um solch unnötige Schwächen in Zukunft zu vermeiden

Chambre avec vue ...

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est magnifique. On ne peut pas rêver mieux! Mais la chbre attribuée n'était pas top. Pas de frigo bar, l'évier dans la chbre, ce n'est pas top, la toilette dans la pièce où se trouvait la douche! Pas terrible non plus ...
Une belle douche, agréable, nous n'étions pas à l'étroit.
La chbre avec vue sur le lac, d'accord, or on ne s'attendait pas à devoir se lever du lit ou d'un fauteuil pour voir le lac tellement les fenêtres sont hautes. Il faut se mettre debout pour voir la beauté de ce lac ... et son environnement, dommage! De plus, pas de climatisation d'où nous avons manqué d'air tellement il faisait chaud malgré la seule fenêtre que nous avons pu ouvrir! Le petit ventilateur mis à disposition ne servait pas à grand chose sauf si on se mettait à côté, ce qui veut dire que mon conjoint, couché à ma gauche, ne sentait presque rien ... Donc à revoir et à améliorer. Sinon, nous avons bien mangé le soir, le petit-déjeuner bon et copieux mais pas très diversifié. Tout le personnel, charmant et aux petits soins, rien à redire. Il faut aussi savoir que les chbres au 4e étage n'ont pas de balcon!

We hebben een kamer aan de kant van het meer gekregen en dat was adembenemend mooi.

Cons:

Dat er niets te beleven viel in het dorpje, de dag dat wij er waren. Maar dit heeft niets met het hotel te maken :-)

Sweet hotel in Beckeneid with wonderful views, superb staff and a great breakfast
Pros:

We have stayed here before, which is why we returned. Location on the edge of Lake Lucerne is stunning. Mountain view room with balcony very comfortable. Short distance from St Gottardo tunnel. Breakfast included and brilliant. Free parking outside. Staff very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Cons:

Suggest more electrical sockets. As an experienced traveller we, always, take an extension lead to cover these eventualities.
