Pros:

I love the condition of the room and the extra appliances that were provided were a lift saver!

Cons:

The air conditioner in the spare bedroom was a little funky. First it was blowing cold air then it went hot on us 😕

Rooms a little subpar, scratch and dent furniture..
Toilet issue in my first room. Staff happily moved us to another room, but the quality of the room was similar to the 1st. Likely time for room remodel.

I liked that it was basically a mini apartment close to work.

Cons:

The WiFi was atrociously slow, even if I hardwired into the network, it was still slow. There was a giant dent in the bathtub that rusted that they painted over before I left. Every time I used the shower I felt like I was going to slip in the shower because the surface of the tub was so slippery. The door to get to the bathroom barely cleared the toilet. The breakfast was like staying at a friend's house and he left out some extra breakfast stuff.

I would stay again but I would make sure I had enough towels the first night just to be safe. Breakfast was better than

Cons:

The shower water was either really hot or really cold no in between very uncomfortable. We had 4 people and only 2 towels and 2 wash rags called to ask for more no one answered after 3 calls texted them no response. Went to desk they were busy talking. We had a sleeper sofa and no sheets for the bed also. Never got any even after asking housekeeping. But she did give us more towels.but that’s all we got for another night stay.

Cons:

The room was okay was not happy about the pull out bed was broken did complain 3 times never fix issues and we had to take mat out n put on floor for one adult to sleep on.

I was charged a different price than booking.com said. The light bites and wine served in the evening was not very tasty. Could be helpful to also have beer for those that prefer it over wine.

Quiet, but could have been better.

Property/room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

Cons:

There was a sewage smell in the toilet/shower room. Left side of the pull out couch was sunken in. Air conditioning smelled of mildew.
