The cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

We only booked this hotel for the shuttle to the Woodlands pavilion but they said the shuttle doesn't run on Sundays after 2 people told me that there would be a shuttle when we booked. Also we wanted to enjoy the hot tub but both the hot tub and pool were out of order.

Pros:

Hotel and staff were very nice. The restaurant was great and had a wonderful happy hour. We were attending a concert and the hotel provided transportation to the concert, which was a bonus. All and all, we truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
