Hotel bien ubicado , limpio , personal amable y un muy buen restaurante para cenar

Cons:

Nice stay, could’ve been a little better
Pros:

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable which is a plus because I have back issues.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the hot tub wasn’t working which is one reason I chose it and none of the ice machines were working, the staff did bring up a bag of ice. Breakfast was ok.

Perfect, as always
Pros:

We have stayed at Crowne Plaza many times during my visits to the medical center across the freeway. Each time we've stayed, the facility has been perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The restaurant is pricey, but worth every penny.
