Vriendelijk personeel, rustig gelegen maar redelijk ver van Beaconsfield zodat men altijd de taxi dient te nemen . Te voet was geen optie wegens heel drukke weg zonder voetpad. Goede bedden ,koffie en thee op de kamer en mini bar waarvan de inhoud begrepen is in de prijs.
Vasttapijt op de kamer hetgeen weinig hygiënisch is.

How close it was to the wedding venue and it was pretty to look at but no different on the inside to a travel lodge
With 2 small children there wasn’t much at all for them to do. Limited to swimming the am was during breakfast and pm was just too late. There was kids activities but only in the evening nothing in the day. So when we got there and my children saw the games in the board room got so excited woke up and couldn’t play with anything until the evening. Just very little for children.

The night staff on reception and the cleaning crew throughout 4 days were kind and receptive.
The sauna pool and gym seemed clean, well maintained and good value.
The renovated lounge area appeared visually appealing.
The room was of an ok size but underwhelming for the rating of the hotel.
The reception staff during the day were not hospitable. During check in we felt like we had interrupted their personal conversation and checking out felt equally awful. We were not even asked how our four day stay went and no tax invoice provided electronically even though requested.
No introduction to the room or amenities available upon check in, all paperwork door hangings etc in the room are old and worn or entirely missing such as the room service menu. When requesting such item we were directed by the reception staff to go find it ourselves from either the bar or the cleaning staff.
Continuing on service, trying to contact either the room service or reception no calls were answered after many attempts. Forced to just attend the reception in person to deal with queries. Even the simple request for a nail file could not be satisfied when this is a standard inclusion in 4 star hotel even if only supplied upon request.
Truly this sounds like we are problematic needy guests but I have never had to cover the gaps in service in a hotel of this supposed calibre. There is no pride in their work, and they have lost the art of hospitality.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was amazing. All the staffs were great. Thank you for making our weekend so lovely. And the manager at the restaurant, she was amazing. Thank once again 🙏 😌.
The only thing I can say is our room was 3 people and the things there was two which this can look into. Thank you 😊.

The unhelpful manner of the staff. The car park view for an overpriced £200.
Staff were very helpful. We had an issue with our room and with no questions they resolved the issue there and then.
Food was yummilicous! The restaurant there was really good.
