Faultless stay

Visited with work for our annual conference, had a room for 2 nights, every single member of staff encountered were so friendly and polite, the hotel was immaculate, and my room was supplied with fresh towels daily and tea and coffee, I had forgotten to pack a plug for my charger and was kindly lent one from reception. The food offered throughout our stay was perfect, breakfast was a buffet style, with hot food, pastries, cereals and fresh fruit and a selection of juices, teas and coffees. The hotel is perfectly located not far from the M40. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when in the area

I found the price of our room a little high for 1 night. Still haven’t received our £50 holding deposit back.

Perfect
Pros:

My wife, two young children, and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza because we wanted a relaxing break away from work, and Ibrahim at reception played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, Ibrahim was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and he immediately made us feel comfortable and looked after.

Later, when we were heading to the swimming pool, Ibrahim happened to be passing by and kindly helped us get signed in and organised us with towels. It was a small gesture, but it really showed how attentive and customer-focused he is.

As someone who owns three optician practices and manages a large team of staff, I know how valuable great customer service is. Ibrahim is exactly the kind of employee every business would want. In fact, if he ever wanted a job, I’d hire him in a heartbeat.

He clearly enjoys what he does, and his positive attitude makes guests feel welcome, relaxed, and valued. Ibrahim is a real credit to the Crowne Plaza team, and I hope his excellent service is recognised.

Cons:

Everything was spot on, only thing I would say is the pool area could have been bigger, with space to have some sun loungers for people to chill on in between going in and out the pool/Jacuzzi etc.

Wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The location and hotel facilities were brilliant, enjoyed the spa access. Overall the interior of the reception area looks lovely and the restaurant bar is designed good.

Cons:

We were disappointed by the rooms.. we had 3 rooms booked. 1 room had everything stocked like towels, dressing gown etc. Another room had no towels whatsoever but had a dressing gown and another room didn't have any dressing gowns or loo rolls. It felt as though the rooms may not have been cleaned properly and rushed to prepare for the next person. We had an evening meal and ordered our drinks which took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table.
