Looks great, but let down by silly things…
Pros:

The beautiful building, the friendly staff, the comfortable room!

Cons:

1- No toilet brush, meaning you can never have a clean toilet
2- If a child is staying with parents, you would assume the extra bed would be taken care of, and not needed a call to the reception at 7pm
3- swimming pool was crowded, maybe some restrictions could be applied.
4- When you book a spa treatment, you want a relaxing environment, not a Chaotic environment with people shouting across the building to each other
5- strawberry yoghurt was fizzy, which means stomach aches…

Mid range corporate hotel, used to be premiere corporate hotel once
Pros:

Bed comfortable, room size good, enough towels hair dryer. Booked a premium room but could not see what the extras were compared to a standard room

Cons:

Bathroom loo roll holder not properly screwed to the wall, bath surround not clean, no information pack. Not sure what a standard room would look like or would be missing compared to a premium room.

Relaxing and enjoyable
Pros:

The staff were amazing even before I started my stay. It was my partner’s birthday, and they went out of their way to make our arrival special when we walked into the room. Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly throughout our stay.
We had a minor issue with our room, but the team handled it quickly and moved us without any hassle. Their response was prompt and efficient, which we really appreciated.
The spa was clean, relaxing, and very well maintained, and the room itself was beautiful and comfortable. Overall, the service truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

Overall good experience, nice staff but the overall package is not worth the price.
Pros:

Nice rooms, bed was confortable, the swimming pool and sauna was really nice. The Hamman could be improved with some eucalyptus extract to get an even nicer experience. All the staff was really sweet, especially the gentleman at the gym.

Cons:

The Bar of the hotel which is actually the same place as the restaurant and breakfast is not the best. It would deserves a proper area with a nice cosy atmosphere. Cocktails were good.
The quality of the breakfast is really not where it should be. It looks more like a 3 stars breakfast, scrambles eggs are industrial, cheese not great, average quality overall. Juice same, nothing fresh. Disappointing.

Pros:

Wild wedding party causing chaos on a Sunday night, totally unacceptable when business travellers are also put on the same floors. Colleague unable to check in without the lead party available after travelling for several hours, couldntbeven sit in the bar to wait. Every time we sat down, we had to move, dirty cutlery, broken toilet seat, blocked sinks, uncomfortable beds, rooms smelled stale. Just a very unwelcoming and dreadful hotel! Don't waste your money.
