Would never come back to this hotel
Cons:

The customer service was terrible and we will not be returning, the price does not reflect the poor quality service from unhelpful staff at the front desk to meals being given out cold and needing to be returned.

Was okay, sadly after them stealing more money after I left and paid up all in full I’d never return

The fact they stole £100 after I checked out. They retain bank details, tried blaming my bank which is comical as they requested the money.

Great place, friendly staff and good food
Pros:

Great location for where we needed to be, Ibrahim on the front desk was extremely polite and helpful

Cons:

The cleaning staff don’t empty our bins, we had dirty glasses in the fridge when we arrived.

The food and bar options weren’t great.

Good hotel excellent location, newly refurbished
Pros:

Reception welcome very good. Excellent location 5 mins off J2 M40.

Cons:

Staff need to be trained properly in how to clean tables and general smooth restaurant running. We asked three times for a wine menu, no dessert follow up. Not too busy either and plenty of staff.
I booked a Courtyard view, see the picture - I think it's pushing it!

Nice staff bad health and safety

Cons:

Breakfast couldn't get a pot of tea and instead were given cardboard cups.
Lots of building works being undertaken including contractors using chop saws within 1 metre of us whilst trying trying to order a drink. Seems health and safety is an after thought here.

Lovely room. Friendly staff. Near to many towns. A pleasant place to stay with a spa/pool

Conveniently placed for where we were visiting. Check in was quick and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:
