Good for spa but wouldn’t recommend to eat there
Pros:

Clean nice hotel and spa , helpful staff

Cons:

The restaurant - dinner was absolutely awful, I ordered a burger and it was cold and the meat tasted like a ham more than beef .

I didn’t have to think about a thing - it ran smoothly and was excellent.
Pros:

The staff in the restaurant really took care of my dietary needs as I’m coeliac and diary allergic too. They couldn’t have helped more and did a wonderful job.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Quite and clean room. Hotel location and welcoming environment is just perfect..
Reception and staff were all professional and polite. Big and secure car park was bonus. Hotel entrance and signage looks very welcoming.

Cons:

The view form the window wasn't great and completely blocked by the other building. (Room 118). Some green plants or flowers can bring the window view to life.

Well worth a visit. You’ll revisit for sure
Pros:

Facilities. Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna With the option of Spa treatments. The fact that there’s room service made it for me as a solo traveller who wanted to relax in room.

Cons:

I would have liked a coffee machine in the room so that there was an option for fresh coffee.
Also Decaff TEA please

Comfortable but lacks personal touches and feels like a chain that doesn’t have to make an effort. Expensive
Pros:

Lovely building and comfy beds, good pool

Cons:

Have our friends room away which meant at 1am post a wedding they were sent to a hotel in Slough! Staff were a bit ‘computer says no’ on a number of things and there was no attempt to make the stay personal. It is also rather expensive for the size of room and room facilities.

Disappointed with the friendliness of some staff!!!
Pros:

.we always use this hotel when family are visiting from overseas for its close and convenient proximity to Heathrow airport . As usual the hotelwas very clean and tidy …

Cons:

Sadlly this visit was not up to the normal standard …..we found that value for money was not good …..we chose this hotel as we have stayed on several other occasions however the price did not reflect its normal standard !!! There was no soap in the shower dispenser…………the rooms we have stayed in on previous visits were situated in far better positions with views of the front or side of the hotel …..this time we had a back room with now view at all ……the final dissatisfaction was when we arrived back to the hotel in the evening and went to the restaurant front and asked for a plate with a couple of cheeses !!!!!! I was told by the member of staff that after he had consulted with the chef this was not allowed and I would need to order a selection of cheeses as per the menu costing me £15……. I queried it with him and he tried again but was refused !!! He then called a manager who agreed for two pieces of cheese and I would have to pay £5.00. The smallest 2 pieces arrived and I was dismayed that they had cost me £5.00. Maybe next time we travel down to meet our family on their travels we will look at other hotels offering a more acceptable rate!!!!
