In a nutshell we had a great time and the place it self is beautiful!
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Me and my husband did not have a great experience with the restaurant staff. They would leave you standing there waiting to order and would not even apologise that they can’t get ur order because they are busy!

Pros:

Hotel is great. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great also

Cons:

Evening restaurant needs major improvement. Food and drinks arrived 1 hour after ordering and was cold. We were a family of 4, one meal arrived 30 mins after other 3. Although staff Apologies it still is not good enough. It took us 3 hours to have a simple mealehich meant kids slept at 11pm.

Great for money and will return.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Fresh food being topped up regularly and staff quick to help.

Room was spacious (we had a room for four) bed was comfy but could have done with some different pillows (but that’s my preference) Mini bar had some drinks available which were free of charge which was a nice touch. We asked for a late check out which was kindly given.

We got to do one of the water aerobics classes as we were using the pool at that time. Lots of fun and the leader and his co worker were very friendly and encouraging.

Lovely cosy stay nicely tucked away
Pros:

I like how the front desk staff especially Ibrahim was very welcoming. We had issues with electricity in our room but the staffs were very quick to resolve the issue. They even gave a free drink at the bar.

Cons:

Hot tub on the spa could be better
