Pros:

Попали в этот отель случайно, когда закрыли небо в ОАЭ и не смогли вылететь. Выбрали отель в Шарже, поскольку должны были вылетать оттуда. Цены стали расти как на дрожжах. На старте цена была адекватная, чтобы продлить номер подняли на 30%, а на 3 сутки уже на 50%!
На ресепшен не помогали, а как будто старались , чтобы вышло дороже. Вообщем продляли через букинг. Что касается отеля: из хорошего - чисто. Очень понравился ресторан на пляже : сотрудники, кухня

Cons:

Не понравилось: завтраки, маленький пляж, в лифте очень много народу , не сядешь. Ну вообщем это не 5 звезд. Переехали потом в другой отель, на пальму. Совершенно другое отношение и по ценам, и по персоналу и 5* совсем другие( кстати дешевле)

Iftar buffet at Arjwan restaurant
Pros:

We had a wonderful Iftar with family at Arjwan restaurant.
Amazing food with authentic Ramadan themes.
The hosts were amazing. Especially Mr Mohammed and Lou. Such a professional team made the experience even better.

Good standards. We were on half board. Had a buffet. 2 other restaurants with very limited choice on our HB basis.
Pros:

Private beach. Restaurants good.

Cons:

Large number of crows living in pool areas. Defacating on loungers. Stealing food serious hygiene risk. Need culling.

Perfect getaway
Pros:

Wonderful staff happy and just goes the extra mile. Super professional and knows how to be personal and what you like for breakfast immediately the next day you have it. Really a 5 + with service and staff and kids friendly.
The beach is the cleanest in Dubai! And loved the heated pool for this time of the year !

Cons:

It’s a bit older hotel and need some renovation, there was a bit noice outside our room as there where a wedding or party at the other hotel.

Ramadan Iftar at Arjwan
Pros:

We had a wonderful Ramadan Iftar experience with a great selection of delicious dishes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well organized and beautifully presented.

A special thank you to Akash and Mohamed for their outstanding service — they were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Highly recommended!
