ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО! Я постоянный клиент этого отеля, я был в нем более 10 раз. Последний раз я приехал с семьей, я, моя жена, и двое детей. В связи с ситуацией с Ираном, нам отменили рейс вылета, на неопределенный срок. В тот момент, когда все отели дают скидки в связи со сложившейся ситуацией, я обратился к менеджерам отеля, объяснил им ситуацию, я не просил скидку, я только попросил оставить нас в отеле на прежних условиях проживания. В этот момент нам подняли цену в два раза за проживание, по 400$ в сутки 🤦‍♂️ они решили воспользоваться ситуацией и подняли нам цену, это ужасно! Ужасно когда так поступают с семьей с маленькими детьми, с постоянными клиентами, они объяснили это политикой отеля! Конечно же мы выехали из этого отеля и заселились в другой отель еще лучше этого. В Sheraton я больше не вернусь не когда, это позор!

this hotel does not offer good value for money, and we would not recommend it for a staycation.
Cons:

it did not live up to expectations or justify the price.

The food quality was disappointing and far below what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The rooms were also smaller than anticipated, which made the stay less comfortable.

In terms of facilities, there was very little to enjoy, making it hard to feel like a proper staycation experience. On top of that, the check-in process took an unreasonably long time, which set a negative tone right from the start.
