The best manager mr.mohamad very helpful down to earth it looks he koves hes job fhats why wea re the guest feels happy because of he sgood service very opeb minded and he cares oir opinion.some of staff in reception difficultt to apprroach and sime rude little bit bit when i said ok i will talk mr mohammad then they start because nice and approcahable .seems they scared to him😊now u can say this hotel because mr mohd is there have customer care guest is happy staycation it will be must good day because of have staff like him.gusti reataurant from food to staff very good

Cons:

Some may be 1 or 2 receptionist not easy to approach but when u said i will talk to managrr that 1 second they are become nice little bit
