I loved the cleanliness for the room and also the full kitchen.
After a devastating house fire forced us out of our home, my family and I stayed at Candlewood Suites for nearly nine months. What started as temporary lodging became our home away from home, and the staff truly became like family.
The suites are extremely comfortable and perfect for an extended stay, with ours having separate bedroom and living areas, smart TVs, individual A/C units, and a full kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, pantry space, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker. The hotel also has free guest laundry, a fitness room, business center, meeting room, a beautiful pool area with barbecue grills, and it is pet friendly.
The Candlewood Cupboard is also incredibly convenient for quick meals, snacks, drinks, toiletries, and other necessities, and free coffee is always available.
But what really makes this place special is the people. Johanna, Gaby, Claudia, Veer, and the rest of the staff have always been professional, kind, sincere, and incredibly welcoming. They greeted us every day, checked on us, made us laugh, and treated us like family.
Being displaced by a house fire for nearly nine months was not easy, but Candlewood Suites helped make a very difficult chapter in our lives feel more peaceful, comfortable, and manageable.
As we finally prepare to go home, we are incredibly grateful to everyone here.
We arrived as guests and are leaving feeling like family.

I couldn’t finish staying the nights I booked because room was given away
Location is perfect right near the airport and a lot of restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are a decent size and the bed is super comfy. Large bathroom is great with lots of shelves for toiletries.
Kitchenette wasn’t equipped for multiple guests - each room should have had a set of 4 dining items we hardly had one of each. Lighting was a bit dark not great for doing make up. Cleaning crew were late on cleaning the room.
The location
The room stunk really bad could not sleep all night also notified the front desk that they said they were all rented out so we were unable to switch rooms
I had a wonderful recent stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the great hospitality and smooth experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The General Manager Joanna was very caring, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of the guests. You can tell that they genuinely care about providing a great guest experience.
The Sales Manager Monique also did an excellent job taking care of our booking and making sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
The entire team was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone worked together to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
