C'était très bien, très propre et excellent restaurant :)

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was a pillow-top which was very comfortable. The room is large. The bathroom is adequate.

Cons: The heater is not controlled from the thermostat. It is a unit separate from the through-wall unit which seems to be for air conditioning only. The heating unit is convection only - no fan - and runs from a thumb wheel with a scale from 1-10. You have to guess what temperature the setting will give you. The towels are scratchy and the bath towels are small.

Our first night was very good. Great sleep. Our second night was a gross disappointment!

1) The cleaning staff emptied two garbage pails (there are three). They replaced the towels (totally unnecessary and wasteful for a two-night stay). They did not renew the coffee (we had to go get it ourselves) and they did not clean the cups.

2) The upper floor is wood, not concrete. The tenant upstairs on the second night had visitors in and out all night. We could hear every step and any conversations. It kept waking us up all night.

If I had to judge from the first night only, I probably would have given this four stars. The second night only 2 stars. So I split the difference in the assessment with three stars. But we were VERY unhappy with our second night.

Einfaches Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, etwas abgelegen.
Aber Ausstattung und speziell die sehr laute Klimaanlage sind nicht akzeptabel.

Nous avons apprécié le complexe pour notre première visite dans le centre du Québec. L’accueil fut très chaleureux et le personnel très serviable.

Réservation lit queen, chambre avec lit double. Prix élevé pour le type de chambre.

De passage dans la région pour un congrès. L'accueille est excellent et le confort des plus agréable.

Bel hôtel, très propre, grande chambre, personnel très sympathique et prêt à tout pour nous aider. Nous y sommes restés deux nuits. Nous avions nos vélos et les propriétaires nous les ont gardés. Nous y retournerions sans problème.

Good overall. Only say overnight but it was clean and quiet. Bed was a bit small for two people.

Friendly lady at the front desk. Comfortable beds. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean. Air conditioner is a little loud. Good for overnight stay. Hotel front doors do not open until 7am. My husband went outside to put some luggages in the car at 6;30am and could not get in because the doors were all locked. Other guests had the same problem.They went to their cars and could not enter the hotel again because the doors were locked. Hotel entrance doors finally opened at 7am.

Un accueuil chaleureux, des gens sympatiques, et une chambre comfortable. J'y étais avec ma famille pour un arrêt proche de Victoriaville, et je suis bien contente de cet hôtel/môtel. Le déjeuner était bien bon, mais le café aurait pu être mieux. En tout et partout, ce môtel a servi exactement de la façon dont j'avais besoin. Quoi de mieux?

Séjour très bref, dépôt de nos bagages en après-midi, soirée du Jour de l'an chez de la parentée, retour à 1h30, départ à 9h, la salle à manger étant fermée.

Séjour rencontre familiale, très bon accueil des propriétaires. Très bon restaurant sur place avec excellent service.
