Room was clean and Tidy
Property was in a very convenient location
Plenty of parking
Close to tons of great shopping and dining options
Quick drive from the airport in a much safer location then staying in Memphis

This is not a very well kept property, stains on the elevator floor old carpets that are tore up door jams that are in such a way that allows you to be able to see through into a room.

The hotel was great the only problem i had was getting my receipt for my stay i was told I had to get it from expedia and expedia said I had to get from the hotel because I paid at the hotel it took 24 hours to get the receipt

IF YOU ARE EVERY STAYING IN THE SOUTHAVEN/HORNLAKE AREAVPLEASE CONSIDER STAYING AT THIS HOTEL ITS CLEAN AND PEACEFUL AND ALSO THEY HAVE THE NICE KITCHEN IN THE ROOMS THIS IS MY GO TO HOTEL THAT I ALWAYS MAKE A RESERVATION TO STAY ME AND MY FAMILY BECAUSE WE REALLY ENJOY OURSELVES THERE AND THE OWNER MR. HEMINS PATEL IS VERY NICE WE SEE HIM PRETTY OFTEN WHEN WE STAY WE LOVE IT THERE SO PLEASE CONSIDER THIS HOTEL AGAIN YOU WONT REGRET IT .

On Saturday night, the hotel allowed guests to hang out and party and listen to Latin music, I would be pissed if it was 70s rock 'n' roll, but they did so until 1 AM. I tried to go to sleep at 9 PM. The hotel elevator did not work at all. They Travelocity or Expedia site that I booked the room through said that they had breakfast. Their breakfast consisted of coffee, oatmeal, two tangerines, one banana and about eight apples. There was no breakfast. Plus, with the elevator being out of service, it was an absolute chore, taking things up and down the steps to the second floor even. I was cooking in a barbecue contest and needed to sauté some butter garlic and tried to do so on their "stove" and it barely got warm and did not even melt. The tilein the bathroom was coming up and the grout would come up with your foot when you stepped on it. The room itself has plenty of space, and uncomfortable sofa, a comfortable recliner, a so so comfortable bed, but I doubt very seriously if I would ever stay there again. I have been much happier at home2suites, comfort suites, and other hotels in the area. on a scale of one to 10, I would score at 3.5. The hotel clearly has potential, but it is not kept well and most times I had to go down every day and get coffee for my room and half the time when I tried to do that, there was no one stationed at the front desk. So, going up and down the steps to request. Coffee was a pain in the ass. OK, I will change my grade to a 3.0. Sorry!

Great location

There were lots of options to shops and restaurants. While we were there the elevator went down twice. It was back up within a few hours but it was inconvenient having to carry out luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Customer service was horrible. They canceled my room day of because they were over booked. Then after calling and talking, they had a room I could stay in. Then, they said I lived “too close” to the hotel to rent a room. And, they gave no refund. Would never stay here again.

Friendly staff clean

Love this hotel and the staff are amazing, especially I love the manager Eric. Love the surrounding tourist spots. Just amazing all together

I couldnt sleep because people were yelling outside my window all night playing music in another language. Front staff didnt care called them twice nothing changed.

Everything was fine in the room , although upstairs room was quite noisy. The corriders needed cleaned and hoovered.

I have stay at this location multiple but nee management people who live within 50 can't stay
