Buen hotel y servicios cerca del hotel, sin embargo el personal que labora por la tarde ofrece un trato horrible y un pésimo servicio al cliente, ya que no soluciona detalles que solicita el cliente y su actitud es nefasta, si no le gusta su trabajo mejor que renuncie, definitivamente no regresaría a este hotel por no verle la cara a esta persona, ya que el trato al cliente siempre será primordial y a pesar de que mi familia fue amable con ella, se portó muy grosera y con falta de responsabilidad de su trabajo.

Tuve problemas con la TV y NO HAY NADIE QUE DE SOLUCION PUES NO HAY MANTENIMIENTO EN LA TARDE NOCHE Y LA RECEPCIONISTA DE LA NOCHE NO HIZO NADA POR SOLUCIONAR O SIQUIERA DAR ATENCION AMABLE Y EDUCADA.

TAMBIEN FUE MUY MAL LA PRECION POR DEJAR LA HABITACION, INCLUSIVE HABLANDOME 15 MINUTOS ANTES DE LA HORA INDICADA.

NO SE MENCIONA QUE EL ESTACIONAMIENTO ES POCO Y PUEDE O NO HABER LUGAR
