Good location to Historic centre and therefore bars and restaurants. Good powerful warm shower

Cons:

A real lack lustre greeting at check in…. Wi-Fi in room 15 is appalling as drops in and out…… privacy in room is poor as only a light curtain to outside landing. One window backed onto communal staircase so light was on all night…. The window should have a blackout shade.

Good location with music issues on Saturday night.
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee in the morning in the lobby was nice. Interesting room creations. Shower was good and hot.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is a roof top restaurant owned by a famous Master Chef from Colombia with music at night. It's tolerable during the week but on Saturday, the drums were so loud, everything vibrated in our room 312. The music is supposedly until 2AM. We were told, the hotel is in litigation and the night guard was very apologetic. He offered us a different room on the ground floor for that night.

Gute Lage mit schönem Blick direkt auf die Skyline und kleinem Balkon.

Cons:

Mir war nicht ganz klar vorher, dass die Dachterrasse ein eigenständiges hochpreisiges Restaurant ist - weshalb die Nutzung dort eher sehr eingeschränkt möglich ist

The location was excellent, near casco viejo. The city seightseeing have a stop near the hotel. The fish market is very near. Good breakfast restaurants near. Not far from Cruise port with uber. Free coffee in the morning!

Nice hotel in good location just far too noisy for us.
Pros:

Great location for access to Casco Viejo and its bars and restaurants.
Room was a decent size, comfortable bed and good shower.

Cons:

We stayed on the 2nd floor it was noisy due to the traffic which was constant, and extremely noisy due to the Bar/restaurant above until the early hours (speakers felt like they were in our room) to the point on our last night when we had an early flight we had to ask for a different room to sleep in on the lower floor which we were given.
Also the pool is more for show than swimming in.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there wasn’t parking. Also I didn’t enjoy the fact that although it might be a “rustic themed” hotel it was very difficult to tell whether it was clean. My mom found a cockroach in the shower.
