Pros:

If you’re looking for a charming colonial-style hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo, Casa Panama Hotel is the perfect choice. It has a beautiful historic character while offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is clean, safe, and offers excellent value for the price. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms have reliable hot water and all the essentials. Every morning they provide complimentary coffee, which is a nice touch.

The location couldn’t be better—you’re within walking distance of Casco Viejo’s best restaurants, cafés, bars, rooftop lounges, and historic attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

The hotel also has its own rooftop with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and refreshing drinks, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Casa Panama Hotel to anyone visiting Panama.

Stay could have been better, but great location!
Pros:

Great location, shower pressure was awesome, cleaning staff great and charming features.

Cons:

Staff was not very helpful, door didn’t lock and had to ask several times to fix it, it felt unsafe with 2 females.
Room seemed to have roaches and at night when you turned on the light on in the bathroom it’s pretty freaky. This Maybe common in an old building as this one, but just want to help people be aware.

Pros:

El Hotel es muy bonito con un toque autentico, las habitaciones tienen buen espacio y todo lo necesario, las camas son super cómodas. La ubicación es la mejor, cerca del casco antiguo y para transporte hacia otras partes como el aeropuerto el auto llega rápido. Nos guardaron las maletas antes del check-in y pudimos recorrer por las calles.

Pros:

Nada! Un lugar oscuro, en recepción no eran nada amables

Cons:

Todo, un lugar terrible para hospedarse, el ruido insoportable, creo que hay un bar al lado y la música es tan fuerte que es imposible dormir, no lo recomiendo nada!

Puede mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. La vista es hermosa desde la azotea en las mañanas y en la noche de la ciudad y un poco desde casco. La cama es comoda pero son dos camas pegadas y el medio entre ellas es incomodo. Prefiero dormir solo en una de ellas. Las almohadas divinas. Me cambiaron de habitacion y resulto mucho mejor opcion que la primera. Sin pedirlo, limpiaron y cambiaron las toallas todoa los dias (creo que no es necesario sino lo solicito). Tenia nevera, balcon y ganchos de ropa con un closet abierto. Hubo cafe y agua fuera de la habitacion. El internet funciono excelente la mayor parte del tiempo. El encargado de recepcion nos organizo, tranquilizo e informo en todo momento de que hacer cuando ocurrio el incendio en el caseron de la calle 12.

Cons:

La limpieza puede mejorar, detalles como cabellos secos en la ducha que olvido seguramente recoger y acondicionamiento de los techos del baño que tenian moho. Las ventanillas de extraccion del baño esta sucia y la parte posterior del secador de cabello tambien tiene mucho polvo. La nevera tenia full escarcha. La luz aunque es perfecta para dormir, hace complicado usar la mesa y la silla para trabajar unas horas.
