Wonderful!! Will definately book again

Access to all surrounding areas. Terra food was also awesome. The room was neat and very well looked after. I enjoyed the refill of the bottels of water

Cons:

On my return Thursday afternoon from Mangwanani I did not have any hot water to shower with. Parking was also an issue and sometimes had to circle the block a couple of times to get parking.

The best night's sleep in South Africa, paired with wonderful staff and a perfect location.
Pros:

Beyond the fantastic location, this was easily the most comfortable bed we encountered during our entire journey through South Africa. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, but a special mention must go to the night guard—what a lovely, funny character who truly made us feel welcome!

Cons:

The bathroom furniture is starting to show its age and could use an aesthetic overhaul soon, though it's important to note that everything was still clean and fully functional.

Plastic galore! Plastic water bottles daily and zero attention to the environment

Plastic everywhere ... such a pity about the bottled water when all of Stellenbosch has gone green by comparison

Very disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. But it's on a very busy main city road, with no possibility of even stopping outside. Parking for four small cars
Impossible for a Landcruiser.

Cons:

Rooms are very small
Lift is antique, and requires a four digit code plus holding down the floor button the whole way

Outdated room, great breakfast at Terra
Pros:

The breakfast at Terra was great!
And although it was a bit tight, it’s nice you can park the car on premises.

Cons:

The room is way too expensive for what you get. To be honest the family room I booked (only available room) looked a bit like an outdated b&b, while for the high price I paid you can get much better hotels in Stellenbosch. They should renovate the room, maybe then they could justify the price.
