We stayed for two nights during the peak holiday season around new year's. While the hotel appears to promote a highly professional image, we had a number of issues throughout our stay. The room in which we stayed was quite dirty: the bedsheets were covered in filth spots and the bathroom did not appear to have been adequately cleaned. The staff were also unable to put any additional charges on the room to be paid at checkout; after visiting the breakfast on our first morning (which I believe is greatly overpriced at 10000 rupiah per person), a staff member came to our room and demanded we pay immediately. In my experience, staff were rather unhelpful with local destinations, having limited knowledge of attractions and ways to get there (e.g. front desk assured me Prambanan Temple is not connected by commuter rail, which it certainly is).

when we book its in the high session so the price are quite high and it was last minute books. this is the only stars hotel that pop in my agoda account. all hotel are full book. honestly we never hear this hotel name but we have faith since it manage by horison chain hotel. well it turns out the interior is quite old, the ambience inside the room are too dark for our children, the ac smell muddy and the bed are not that comfy. but i know maybe they still recover from the pandemic impact and this hotel made a great effort to compensate their lack in facilities with the hospitality. we get brownies as welcome gift which my children really appreciate, every complaint are handle fast and lean. i ask them to bring my go good order to my room because its late and they bring it. i borrow cutlery for my go food and they give it. and the breakfast are nice .. lots of choice..

another plus is its 200 meters from jogoyudan mosque.. wow we go there every single sholat time with the kids. subuh is the most excited one because a lot of tenant food.

so to resume
we are happy we choose this hotel
we surely comeback and hope they make some good progress in the interior architecture.

Affordable price, good location, located at the city, close to main road make it easy to access, and basement parking space are also available..

Good service since our group arrival ,handling lugagge and giving more information about hotel facilities, good arranggement when we have meeting at night , breakfast with simple menu serving by nice staff, very recommended

I enjoyed my 6 days there. I was a solo female tourist. The staff always went beyond to meet my needs. The electric sockets in Indonesia are unique in that they are round and sunken. So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked. Always with a friendly smile.

Breakfast became my favourite meal. They have an Indonesian buffet every morning. So I had the opportunity to try various local foods. There is a supermarket a 3 minute walk for snacks etc.

My only issue was that it was a 20k to 30k grab taxi ride to the city tourist sites. Although for tours outside of Jogya the operators picked me up from the hotel. Trendy Prawirotanam though is only a short walk or @ 10k taxi ride. Some nice / western type restaurants there.

The property itself is slightly aging. But adequate. I missed having a fridge in the room mostly so I could have cool drinking water. There is no iron either. But I asked for one and was quickly sent one.

They seem to have many tour groups staying overnight. Sometimes I found them to be a little noisy in the corridors late at night and early in the morning. Also there is a mosque close-by that has a call to prayer at 3am (short - could sleep through) and 4am (long. I couldn't sleep through).

Overall a very pleasant stay. I would stay again and recommend it. Very good value for money.

Not enough amenities and the bed was saggy.
Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming.

My brother and I stay for one and half day here, we are from bandung and I driven from bandung to yogya by my self. Since we came to jogja too early at 3am we would like to early check in, we were too tired and wanted to rest of our body. Its fine for us to paid more. But we are not allowed to check in early before 6am. They really strict to the rules of hotel without paying attention to the guest. It such of fools when we waiting until 6am in outside of the hotels. Until I do a negotiation with the FO, like begging to allowed us came to the room at 5am, they said that they scared their manager will angry with them if he allowed us to check in too early. Really such of shame thing, parking is quite small too, the room, its not like standard horison hotel that i ever stayed. If I come back to Yogyakarta again, I extremly will not come back to stayed at this hotel anymore. And I will not recommend this hotel to all of my friend who would like to visits Yogyakarta at all. Disapointed staycation ever had in my entire life.

Great hotel at a very reasonable price. There is a missing parts of cleaning here and there but we didnt mind too much.

Location is not the best but there're delicious local street food shops(sate and chicken rice,etc) along the same street and really nice cafe just 30sec on foots. Hotel's breakfast is not so much variety and so so...but the hotel staffs are all kind and friendly.

I stayed in Lynn Hotel for 4 nights and had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was very good too. The hotel is a 20 minutes walk from the city center with all the main sights. For me it was perfect for getting around the city!

The staffs are helpful, friendly and professional, and the room is clean and new.
But the room is a bit too dark, and location is a bit too far away from main attractions. Mosque praying 3am in the morning so consider this if you are light sleeper.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast room got very busy with groups at times leaving very little food in the servers. They need to be refilled more often.

I suggest that they provide hand towels in the bathroom for showering...other than that...excellent!

First time to Indonesia. Excellent hotel, very helpful staff & very accommodating. Superb breakfast included & very delicious menu for dinner. Beautiful pool area. Very reasonably priced.

An awesome stay. The room was very spacious and clean. This hotel has a great pool and a top-notch breakfast buffet with a wide variety of tasty choices. Furthermore, restaurant staff were sociable and had time for the guests as they introduced the local Indonesian dishes. However this hotel is long walking-distance to Jogya's main attraction - consider a taxi, cycle- or auto-rickshaw.
