Owners are very attentive and helpful, gave us nice room upgrade for free as its off season.Easy walk to the beach, plenty of places to eat and chill nearby. famous Goyambokka beach is 5 min taxi away.

I stayed at Sole & Luna during a management transition and I can already see a big positive change. The restaurant has recently reopened and they can prepare almost anything on request, including real Italian food, just ask in advance.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, which is not so common in Sri Lanka. The hotel also has a beautiful terrace, perfect for relaxing or doing yoga.
The location is excellent, just 40 seconds walk from the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations about places to visit nearby.
Overall, the atmosphere is peaceful and authentic. I also loved the small details like the parrots and the ducks around the property.
Some areas are still being improved due to the recent management change, but you can clearly see that the property is getting better very quickly.

Firstly, the staff were so friendly and so helpful with so many different things. The room was big, spacious, super clean and even had a large patio. The ambience of the whole resort was lovely, easy and a great place to stay. So great that I extended my stay twice. The pool was so inviting and relaxing after a warm day. I would highly recommend staying here especially with their reasonable prices.

There is no direct access to the beach. We needed to take a short car/taxi ride to get to the beach.

Het koele karakter van het gebouw, het zwembad letterlijk tussen betonnen muren. Ik vroeg een duplicaat van de factuur. "Maak er een foto van" werd geantwoord. Typische attitude hier.

Dirty room, springs could be felt through the mattress and the staff, sweet as they were, need some training.

Las habitaciones con vistas al mar muy grandes y muy bonitas. Las vistas son espectaculares. Sin querer nos llevamos la llave del hotel y enseguida nos pusimos en contacto con ellos. Queríamos pagar el envío por las molestias ocasionadas y no nos dejaron, pagaron ellos.
Todo estaba perfecto.

The hotel is old style but clean and the staff very helpful and super friendly, cannot fault them. The breakfast was way too big and we recommend the restaurant across the road, good food on the beach.
