Great room, friendly ambiance with wonderful staff
Pros:

Firstly, the staff were so friendly and so helpful with so many different things. The room was big, spacious, super clean and even had a large patio. The ambience of the whole resort was lovely, easy and a great place to stay. So great that I extended my stay twice. The pool was so inviting and relaxing after a warm day. I would highly recommend staying here especially with their reasonable prices.

Amazing place
Pros:

Very easy access. Very clean. Amazing staff. Very friendly. Liked everything during our stay. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay near Tangalle area.

Cons:

There is no direct access to the beach. We needed to take a short car/taxi ride to get to the beach.

Blisko do morza, niezłe śniadania

Cons:

Ani razu nie sprzątano w ciągu pięciu dni pokoju, ani razu nie dostaliśmy świeżych ręczników, z klimatyzacji kapało na łóżka, w łóżkach były mrówki (podobnie jak w restauracji)

ruime en zeer propere kamers & badkamer
Ligging bij een mooi strand en dichtbij Tangalle stad

Cons:

Het koele karakter van het gebouw, het zwembad letterlijk tussen betonnen muren. Ik vroeg een duplicaat van de factuur. "Maak er een foto van" werd geantwoord. Typische attitude hier.

Très bon emplacement, à quelques mètres d une jolie plage d un bon petit restaurant familial

C'est un établissement qui mérite à être rafraîchi, mais ne pas oublier que nous sommes au Sri Lanka pas en France

Pros:

Las habitaciones con vistas al mar muy grandes y muy bonitas. Las vistas son espectaculares. Sin querer nos llevamos la llave del hotel y enseguida nos pusimos en contacto con ellos. Queríamos pagar el envío por las molestias ocasionadas y no nos dejaron, pagaron ellos.

Formidable, nous étions seul dans l'hôtel. Chambre immense avec climatisation et eau chaud. Tv. Le personnel était hyper gentils.

GREAT STAY
Pros:

The hotel is old style but clean and the staff very helpful and super friendly, cannot fault them. The breakfast was way too big and we recommend the restaurant across the road, good food on the beach.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms and rooms were spacious. Though we have been told dinner can be taken from hotel, the person in reception direct us to another near by resturant saying he will get a discount but ended up with 11,000/= bill without any reduction .We were only 2 adults and 3 kids below 10.
Breakfast so called english breakfast ,was so poor, excuse was they are out of supplies . However ,they served total different menu . Dissapointed.

To sum up it was a nice and good stay.
Pros:

Hotel is near the nice beach, 3 min with tuk tuk to city center. Clean swimming pool.
