Bei der Ankunft hat meine Frau eine tote Maus im Hotelzimmer unter Heizkörper erschreklich entdeckt, wo zu Schlaf unseres Kindes und unseren Nerven gekostet hat. Es gibt keine Reinigungs und Sicherheitskontrolle. Der Rezeptionist hat unsere Beschwerde über Hygiene und Kostenerstattung des bezahlten Zimmers nicht ernstgenommen, aufgrund der Grünen Umgebung. Stattdessen wurde nur ein neues Zimmer und Frühstück angeboten, welche unsere Urlaubsstimmung zu Ostern und unser Vertrauen nicht wieder gewinnen konnten.

The geography location

Cons:

They hide taxes on booking so that you have to pay when you arrived and we asked to have a one size room they say yes by mail and we had 2 single bed instead of it. We ask to change and it was not possible to change. I think people have to be very careful with the offers and taxes

Wij hadden geen all in dus drankjes kon je niet brstellen bij de bar dat moest via de incheck bali dus omslachtig

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding door de all in formule. Verder de punten zoals hierboven aangegeven
Pros:

personeel vriendelijk. Op de site staat dat er elke zaterdag live muziek is , wat niet het geval . Overal in het hotel is het warm, vooral op de kamer niet wenselijk.

Cons:

parkeerkosten. beter vooraf communiceren als je via booking .com boekt. € 15,- extra betalen voor all inclusive na 22.00 uur maar de lampen bij de bar gaan wel aan om 22.30 uur.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel (Hotel de Elderschans,Herendreef 67,Aadenbug 4527 AZ Pays Bas) samedi 21/03/26 après 18h et avons trouvé la chambre sale et en désordre. Nous avons demandé l'annulation de la réservation, mais la réceptionniste nous a indiqué que seul Booking.com pouvait le faire.
