Great hotel in a perfect location. Close to lots of restaurants and an easy walk to the Peace Center. There's plenty of on-site parking. All of the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. There's a great bar on the lobby level with pool tables. The hotel is dog friendly, but I didn't hear any barking during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
All staff was friendly, approachable, informative, and helpful to myself and my husband (first time visitors of Greenville).
Everything was Great!
The rooms were clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were overall, good for our weekend stay.
The air conditioning in the room was incredibly loud at night, making it hard to sleep due to the noise. That, plus the black out shades not coming down to the bottom of the window made sleeping quite difficult. The room was well appointed but small, with the bed taking up a large portion of the space so it was a little tight for 2 people and their luggage. The lobby bar had live music which was great but they kept the music going well into the night and it was quite loud, even sitting on the outdoor patio.
Room was very clean and comfortable
Rooms are small and don't have a K-cup coffee maker and the refrigerator was old.
Location… relative to the venue we were attending as well as restaurants, ample parking available for a reasonable fee, pool, bar/food available in the evenings, easily accessible from the Interstate. Room was clean, good size shower, fridge, work area, plenty of plugs for charging. Love a bit of seating other than the bed… banquette between the two work surfaces. Plenty of pillows.
Bed was somewhat uncomfortable to me.
The reservation said full breakfast. It wasn't the case.
The location was perfect! The staff was friendly!
Our room was small and you could not turn on the light in the bathroom without it shining bright in the bedroom, due to the frosted plexiglass strip in the wall between those two rooms

The location, right downtown is great for the walking city that Greenville is! The staff are professional and super pleasant. Here’s what we didn’t know: Aloft enthusiastically welcomes dogs. Dog art in the rooms and lobbies. And the room smelled like wet dog. We were the only guests I saw without a dog. Dogs barking. It was not bad at night, thankfully. We thought briefly of finding a different hotel. Maybe there was a notice that Aloft is a doggie palace, but we missed it.
