Ac unit in the room was very loud

More towels for 2 people on a 2 night stay
Everything! The hospitality was topnotch. They definitely aim to please. Staff was amazing, food was good, and great location everything is in walking distance.
Didn't like the pool size, but it works
Location, cleanliness - the room smelled great. We arrived early and were pleasently suprised to find that our room was ready. Staff were polite and professional. Cocktails were delicious.
The pool was way smaller in reality than they make it look in the photos. Still nice though. I think the room was a little overpriced for the quality of the hotel but I guess that is because of the location.

They don’t tell you or have a sign saying you have to drive into a parking garage . Park temporarily, go inside take elevator up to main lobby to check in., very poor and confusing.

The location to the vibrant downtown area of Greenville, near the restaurants, shops and theatre is fantastic. We didn’t bring our furbaby, but this is a super accommodating hotel and we saw plenty of evidence.
I’m not a fan of the bathroom and bedroom sliding door concept currently in vogue. Especially for the bathroom.
The lobby is on the 4th floor with a first floor lobby that was not occupied with staff, but young men hanging out late one evening when we returned. Should have told the staff, but it felt like loiterers, not guests and one solo woman coming into the elevator had a look on her face that relayed, don’t leave me alone down here! This lobby is freely accessible to anyone…

Proximity to downtown- everything is walking distance.
The room was small, as expected. It was generally clean but the charge port device on the desk was filthy and sticky (see photo). Breakfast was included in the rate but selections were very limited - much less than the free hotel breakfasts I am accustomed to. Internet service was a bit of a challenge to connect using my VPN. Next time I will try the Hampton.
Overall quirky place. Maybe that’s the theme, but somewhat inconvenient- elevator requiring room key, not enough lighting in the room, only seating was the bed.
