Good stay, big apartment.
Pros:

I liked the communication with the owners; they were very helpful and responsive. Location is great, near the center, many great shopping places and restaurants around.

Cons:

Everything was good.

Pros:

Great location, clean, spacious, excellent contact with the host! Everything you need for a week or more.

Cons:

I would add mirror in the bedroom and some place for clothes in the livingroom - when you travel in more then 2 person it could be helpfull.

Excellent!
Pros:

The apartment was very beautiful, with high ceilings that made it feel spacious. It was roomy and cozy, and our family really liked it. Additionally, it was pleasantly warm inside.

The parking garage was paid, but it was very close, so it was very convenient.

Pros:

Lielisks dzīvoklis pašā Rīgas centrā. Kopumā laba pieredze. Dzīvoklis ar nelielām nolietojuma pazīmēm, taču tas netraucēja ērtai palikšanai. Ļoti atsaucīga dzīvokļa menedžere.

Cons:

Ārdurvju kods vakarā atgriežoties dzīvoklī nestrādāja. Ja nebūtu kaimiņi gājuši ārā, būtu apgrūtināta iekšā tikšana. Tas radīja stresu un bažas, ka vēlāk kods atkal var nestrādāt. Lai saņemtu chekin instrukcijas, bija nepieciešams ievadīt ID datus reģistrācijas lapā.

Spacious and cozy apartment, great location
Pros:

I had a lovey stay at this place. This apartment was very spacious and clean, well furnished and in a great location. The check-in instructions were very easy to follow.

Cons:

The kitchen had lot of cutlery and crockery but was limited in terms of coffee maker, and basics like salt, pepper, etc. I missed a coffee maker the most.

Very central location, somewhat dated interior
Pros:

Communication with the host was excellent – very informative and prompt messages, and the check-in and check-out process was very clear and easy to follow. The location is extremely central, yet the apartment was still very quiet on the fifth floor. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable to relax on, and the wall-mounted TV that connected to our iPad was a big plus, especially when travelling with a toddler.

Cons:

There was a noticeable cigarette smell in the apartment when we arrived, which took some time to air out. The bathroom is quite dated and there was some hair in the drain on arrival. The washing machine is older but works fine. The kitchen is also somewhat dated and does not have a dishwasher. The apartment uses central heating, so there is no individual temperature control. The bedroom curtains are not blackout curtains, and the bedroom gets very bright in the afternoons, which may be something to consider for those travelling with children. Before check-out, we were asked to wash the dishes and take out the bins to avoid an additional fee, which we would have preferred to be included in the cleaning cost upfront.

Ночью шум от бара (клуба) в здание, постоянно просыпаешься от громкой музыки и дрожащих стен.
