Very central location, somewhat dated interior
Pros:

Communication with the host was excellent – very informative and prompt messages, and the check-in and check-out process was very clear and easy to follow. The location is extremely central, yet the apartment was still very quiet on the fifth floor. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable to relax on, and the wall-mounted TV that connected to our iPad was a big plus, especially when travelling with a toddler.

Cons:

There was a noticeable cigarette smell in the apartment when we arrived, which took some time to air out. The bathroom is quite dated and there was some hair in the drain on arrival. The washing machine is older but works fine. The kitchen is also somewhat dated and does not have a dishwasher. The apartment uses central heating, so there is no individual temperature control. The bedroom curtains are not blackout curtains, and the bedroom gets very bright in the afternoons, which may be something to consider for those travelling with children. Before check-out, we were asked to wash the dishes and take out the bins to avoid an additional fee, which we would have preferred to be included in the cleaning cost upfront.

Отличное отношение и быстрый поддержка сервиса. Чистый и просторный номер. Отличное расположение апартамента, все в шаговой доступности.

Cons:

Ночью шум от бара (клуба) в здание, постоянно просыпаешься от громкой музыки и дрожащих стен.

You have to climb about 10 stairs to reach the elevator, which wasn't easy at all for us with two strollers.

Molto bene - Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Alloggio prenotato per un weekend lungo a Riga.
La responsabile, Paula, è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, con un’ottima comunicazione via mail per organizzare il check-in anticipato, di cui avevamo bisogno.
La posizione è eccellente, in un quartiere tranquillo, e la casa risulta confortevole e adatta per 2 o 3 persone.
Pulizia buona e dotazione completa di tutto il necessario.

Cons:

Tutto ok, unica nota migliorabile forse il comfort del divano letto, ma per un soggiorno di due o tre giorni non rappresenta un problema.
