Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Nachdem unser Zimmer defekt war wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer mit kostenlosem Upgrade angeboten. Beim Check out bekamen wir sogar noch einen Rabatt.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück war sehr reichlich.

Endroit très agréable pour se reposer après le safari.
Pros:

Lieu très calme, chalets autour de la piscine. Petit déjeuner, bar et resto très bien. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Proposition de taxi par l’accueil pour se rendre à Tissa, prix très élevé, n'hésitez pas à voir ailleurs. Sinon safari très bien.

An enchanting location surrounded by nature with a large and exceptional swimming pool. The room is clean, and the outdoor bathroom adds a touch of rustic charm. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast buffets are well worth it.

It's the perfect base for a safari in the national park, but beware: some drivers try to scam you by paying the entrance fee themselves at the park gate and demanding more than the actual price. Be vigilant. Get out of the Jeep yourself to pay the entrance fee by credit card or cash.

Pros:

Great value, feels like a luxe resort, not budget. Lovely pool in tranquil setting. Good on site restaurant, very tasty food. Exciting safari with knowledgeable courteous driver. . Good service and prompt communication from Mallee the manager.

Great value stay, would happily come again!
Pros:

Great resort, great food, friendly staff.

We did the safari organised by the hotel, Amazing morning safari, elephants, deer, water buffaloes, peacocks, bee catchers, jackals, crocs. Just a wonderful experience! Our driver and guide was great as spotting the animals we would have missed. Many thanks to our driver Dilshan!

Cons:

The tents do get warm, the fan given is helpful but there’s no where for the hot air to go. It cools down over night, but hot in the day.

Pros:

Excellent facilities, expertly run, everything organised for you, fantastic staff.
The onsite restaurant was delicious.
The pool was very clean and the safari was amazing.
A special thanks to Santa our driver for our safari and transfer to Ella, he was amazing.

Cons:

Only one minor thing! The food in the restaurant could have been brought out hotter.

Petit paradis
Pros:

Un vrai coin de paradis à quelques minutes du parc de Uda Walawe. Les deux piscines sont superbes, mais préférez la seconde, plus récente, à gauche du restaurant. Une expérience en pleine nature très réussie ! Faites également confiance à leur safari pour le parc, rapport qualité prix imbattable, nous avons eu une jeep pour 2, au petit matin avec un guide/chauffeur absolument incroyable, passionné et passionnant.

Tente "luxe" près de la piscine un peu vieillissante

Short and sweet could have easily stated another night
Pros:

Well run with plenty of staff and great selection for breakfast, also dinner both nights were fantastic

Run down badly staffed with rude management , never had this anywhere from anyone else in Sri Lanka

It was in a pretty location surrounded with palms full of birds and monkeys lovely to listen to and watch , but you get a lot of noise from the road

Cons:

The pool is full of grim around the edge of the pool , our first room had no toilet roll and toilete had urine down the front of it not been cleaned , tv did not work , our second room had a bath which we had no hot water and no one at reception to report it to , all round the bath was dirty and taps were grubby, bathroom needs re doing everything looked old and had its day, tv worked but no channels works because subscription not been paid , could not get any wi fi in the room , when waiting 15 min for someone to turn up for us to check out the manageress turned up complete attitude and did not want to know about anything and did not smile once

Pros:

Great place to stay, close if you want to do a safari tour, the hotel arranged everything. Lovely comfy beds and great pool. Restaurant did a big breakfast and also lovely food in the evening. Would definitely come again.

Close to National Park!
Pros:

Great location close to the safari. The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming, and the accommodation had such a nice, relaxing feel to it. It was very quiet and peaceful, which we loved. We ate and drank at the resort the whole time and didn’t feel the need to leave, so the location didn’t bother us at all.

Cons:

The tent style accommodation could do with some general updates, but nothing major.
