Schöne Unterkunft mit ein paar Defiziten
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Hütte war schön und hatte ein außenliegendes Bad. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool direkt vor der Hütte gefallen, in den man jederzeit zur Abkühlung springen konnte. Rundherum hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick in die Natur. Ein echtes Highlight war der Teich mit den Doktorfischen, bei denen man ganz entspannt seine Füße ins Wasser halten konnte. Insgesamt eine schöne und naturnahe Unterkunft.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben. Die Hütte hätte sauberer sein können. Besonders der Kühlschrank war innen nicht richtig sauber, außerdem gab es Staub in einigen Ecken und Spinnweben.

Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas mehr Auswahl, insbesondere ein kontinentales Frühstück, gewünscht. Für uns als europäische Familie mit kleinem Kind war das Angebot etwas eingeschränkt. Zudem waren beim Frühstück teilweise noch die benutzten Tische vom Vorabend zu sehen, was keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck machte.

Am letzten Abend hatte eine größere Gruppe mehrere Hütten gebucht. Dadurch war es sehr laut, was für uns als Familie mit kleinem Kind leider unangenehm war.

Auch bei der Organisation gab es ein Problem: Eine am Vortag abgesprochene Safari war offenbar nicht gebucht worden und musste kurzfristig neu organisiert werden. Dadurch entstand für uns eine längere Wartezeit.

Excellent Safari experience, special room.facility
Pros:

Location is awesome.
And the AC works well in our tent.
The staff is extremely helpful and kind-hearted. The hotel has their own safari facilities and jeep, and they organized the safari quite well-rounded with fruitful breakfast.

The bathroom/toilet outside the room, careful for the bugs

Super schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Pools. Wir haben morgens Safari Touren gemacht und dafür von der Unterkunft Frühstückstüten erhalten, welche wirklich super lecker waren

FALSE ADVERTISING: .. i told the owner upon arrival that i was feeling sick, he kept pushing me to go on safari! then i said i don’t wanna go and he said the room costs will be MUCH HIGHER if i don’t book safari. then he told me im not allowed to stay more than one night ONLY. basically you have to arrive, stay one night, do safari with him and then leave.. to get this online price. i call that SCAM because they don’t tell you this in advance

Rooms and pool are amazing

Cons:

We had a disappointing experience with dinner during our stay. We placed our orders at check-in, just after 6:30pm, assuming the food would not take too long. We would have been happy with a 30-minute wait, but unfortunately it took up to two hours for some of the meals to arrive.

Had we been advised of the expected wait time when ordering, we would have made alternative arrangements and eaten elsewhere. The long wait was particularly difficult for our group after a long, hot day.

Unfortunately, the gluten-free meal also arrived with gluten in it, despite the extended wait, which was especially disappointing given the dietary requirements.

We however really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely like to come back. The property itself is amazing, and we had a great stay overall. We just hope the dinner service and communication around wait times can be improved, as this was the only real disappointment during our visit.

Pros:

Super schöne Zelte mit "Dschungelgefühl"! Haben auch einen großen Binnenwaran im Resort -Tümpel gesehen. Pools auch schön!

Cons:

Restaurant Personal spricht leider sehr schlechtes englisch und so kam es zu einigen Missverständnissen bei der Essensbestellung und Lieferung des Essens

Pros:

Schöne Bungalow Anlage, mit Blick auf den Pool.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, insbesondere im Restaurant. Großzügige Gartenanlage, schöner Pool.
Wir waren zweimal im Restaurant essen, sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir hatten eine 6-stündige Safari gebucht. Toller Guide, wir hatten Glück und haben einige Elefanten gesehen.

Un superbe hôtel au cœur de la nature, avec des chambres spacieuses et une magnifique salle de bain extérieure : un vrai
Pros:

Un hôtel absolument génial, dans un cadre magnifique et très calme. Le personnel est adorable et très accueillant. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour à plusieurs. Gros coup de cœur pour la salle de bain extérieure, très grande, magnifique et vraiment dépaysante ! La piscine est également superbe et entourée de végétation, ce qui donne beaucoup de charme à l’hôtel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.
