Location, close to good cafes stores and restaurants. The view of the lake was gorgeous.
Location was good, easy walk to anywhere in Valle de Bravo. It has a nice view.
1) it only has parking for 4 or 5 cars.
2) there is no lift to access the hotel and they don’t have personnel to help with the suitcases.
3) it seems there is a karaoke place near by and it can be noisy until the night is well advance.
4) the manager is not very helpful
5) the room could be cleaner
The pool, room decor, views made a great first impression
After we came home from dinner an army was climbing over our things. The staff moved us to a smaller room but would refund us the difference in cost. The street was loud till very late and again early in the mornings. I think the rooms away from the street could be better. The room was otherwise nicely styled and clean. The room had fresh flowers but the tv didn’t work in either room. Staff were ok but not more than that. I would not stay there again.
The location was gorgeous, the views were incredible, room was comfortable, perfect for a short stay.
Breakfast was good.
Checkin process was messy, the person greeted us ddidn't seem to know what they were doing, took too long. Didn't help with luggage, gave us keys and told to figure out ourselves which rooms to pick event though all of us had individual reservations. Front desk didn't pick up calls when needed help calling a taxi in the morning or help with wifi.
The friendly staff. I couldn't make it this time but my family did and they had a really good time.
