Cons:

Servire saracacioasa cu ulei de gatit refolosit si urat mirositor in aerul inconjurator. Am platit vedere la mare dar soarele nu se putea vedea la rasarit. Managerul, o tanara care incerca cu insistenta sa ne convinga ca am primit ceea ce am platit si am dorit nu isi respecta clientii deci ce pretentii sa mai ai la restul personalului. Exista hoteluri la aceleasi pret avand conditii cu mult mai multe bune si care isi respecta clientii si cuvantul dat privind conditiile de cazare, masa etc. Nu merita sa va stricati concediul cu hotelul Viand! Folositi-va banii pentru calitate nu pentru bataie de joc!!! Concediu placut!!!

Totul minunat.,începând de la poziția hotelului, pana la camerele mari și spațioase, ,mâncarea și personalul foarte amabil de la recepție si de la bar.

Ultimul sejur din păcate, nu mai este ce era odată,păcat!!!!

Locația superbă,aproape de plajă!!!

Cons:

Mancarea foarte slabă, fructe doar pepene și mere pe tot sejurul,snack barul foarte slab, dimineața doar de la 7:30 puteai găsi o cafea ca erau acoperite dozatoarele,care în alți ani te puteai servi la 6:30 când te trezeai la răsărit!!!

Добре дошли в пенсионерски клуб Viand

Спор няма ,че местоположението е отлично. На броени крачки от плажа и морето
Поискахме стая на по-висок етаж с изглед към морето и молбата ни беше удовлетворена! Просторна стая.
Имахме оставени бутилки с вода.
Спокойна атмосфера.
Няма фитнес, но има няколко външни уреда които използвахме!

Cons:

Толкова спокойно, че чак ти става скучно.
Гостите са предимно възрастни хора.
Външен басейн който изглежда неизползваем и занемарен.
Барманът в ресторанта не се усмихва и дори гледа лошо.
Храната често свършва и има забавяне докато я заредят. Дори се налага гостите да си поискат и да подканят персонала от кухнята.
Храната има нужда от подобрение. Нищо забележително!
Ще намериш с какво да се нахраниш, но в никакъв случай няма да останеш изумен и да изпаднеш в удивление!
Няма анимация или ако има е незабележима. Музика която едва се чува
Сякаш времето е спряло
За 1-2 вечери става. Не препоръчвам по-дълъг престой защото става скучно и еднообразно!

Pros:

Disadvantages:
• The food is terrible.
• The staff speak only Russian, not English.
• The rooms are poorly soundproofed, so I was repeatedly woken up at night by slamming doors and loud conversations.
• The lifts are very slow.
• The hotel resembles a retirement home.
• The rooms could be cleaner (though it wasn’t terrible).
• Very expensive for what it offers – you can find much better hotels in Sunny Beach for a similar price.
